For the average person it is normally 7-8 hours in good weather. I managed 7 although the slow did slow me down considerably. As for the difficultly, many people do it. As long as you are reasonably fit and well prepared, go for it.

Climbed it a few times before, this time was mainly snowed in heavily the last kilometer or so. Forgot my crampons, so that was annoying. Hopefully in summer I will do a night summit. Type 'Nature Rune' into the Bestiary search bar, comes up with a lost of monsters that drop it. http://tip.it/runescape/index.php?rs2monster=&orderby=0&keywords=nature&levels=All&race=0 Unfortunately it also tags items such as nature talismans.. But yes, just make some money a different way and then buy the runes once your bank account is unlocked.

Oh God. You had to pick these two... Is the only reason you cannot get a Saradomin Godsword or Armadyl Godsword due to money limitations? If so I would suggest spending the money on better equipment and making some more money until you can afford one of the previously mentioned Godswords, due to them having a double special and, in terms of the SGS, a more efficient special. If not, go with the Bandos. :roll:

I would have to agree, two skills that are not 'looked down upon' like other capes as much, but are still relatively fast to obtain.
