Belief based purely on faith is irrational. It is impossible to argue logically with an irrational person. ( As they are not confined by the rules of logic. ) Therefore, bringing faith into a logical, rational argument is effectively destroying it. We cant beat you if you dont play by the rules. :-s

I personally don't believe that anything has a soul. However, if souls did exist, I would think of themas a function of the brain, applicable to all life. The 'soul' as such would evolove through our experiences and emotions in life, and when we die, it would cease to exist as such.

Although I dont support it, this legaslation is making a valid point that if Same-Sex unions are disallowed on the basis of being unable to recreate, then all hetrosexual couples must procreate, for them to be considered engaged in marriage.
