    Personally i'm muted i cannot log in the RSOF because i'm muted, You saying i shouldn't be allowed the same trading benefits as somebody else? Because if that's the case ALL people with black marks shouldn't be able to access it as they have "Broken" the rules

    Can you tell me how cannons and chinchompas aren't "proper ranging methods"? Grats on the 15m xp btw, 10/10. I assume he means the classic ways of 99, altho i'd say cannon and chinchompas are still a proper way but i say pc isn't let's face it if you hunted to 99 for chins then threw them it would be ok?
