Well you could snip off the Private Chat, Public Chat, etc. That'll take a small bit off. As for the other one, I'm not sure.

Poofster/Reddawn: I'm guessing it's part of the Rag and Bone man After-quest. Certain monsters drop certain bones of theirs as a part of a carry on of the quest.

I believe if you download something like Graphics Gale, you can make a new frame, on which you change whatever you want to animate. By using different amounts of frames you can change how fast or slow the animation is.

And so do I...
