Cornell is in Ithaca, NY, which is about in the middle of the western part, leaning closer to Pennsylvania. I would know. Dad made me drive home (about 4-5 hours to NYC) during a tropical storm. In a minivan. With my whole family + aunt and cousins in it. When I only had my learners permit. That was fun. College really isn't too necessary, especially as it's no longer a guarantee of a good job. Consider looking into trade schools? Hearing good things about those. Gratz! How did they update the lore to allow the area to be accessed without the quest? Wasn't there something during the quest about killing the guardian to the area and having to replace its role with the holy barrier? Something like that? And to think we've collectively trained our young to love bright, fuzzy things. Mother Nature is a [bleep]. I think we're just innately more conscious of things that are bright and fuzzy, not necessarily more fearful or desiring of them. Just more aware. It's the society and conditions we are in that fill in the blanks. If we live in danger, our awareness turns into caution and fear, and thus we interpret the bright colors and fuzzy texture to mean danger. But if we live in a developed society where such things aren't an issue, our awareness turns into attraction and thus find fun and are appealed by such traits. Psychology theory of the day. Tune in tomorrow for why I think humans are naturally attracted to symmetry, even though nature tends to favor disorder.

You can't get a Class A boss until at LEAST floor 6 and even then it's rare. It's more common on floor 7+. So do not leave if you don't get it on the first floor. And if you've killed at least 1 boss AND you get a boss you don't want to kill, just loot the rewards chest on that floor instead of going down the chain. That resets the floor without having to leave. That means the only time you should be doing what you're doing is if you get a very annoying high-class (but not class A) boss on floor 1, which is very unlikely and only happened to me once or twice getting 500 kills. Besides they'll probably ignore your suggestion anyway because leaving and reentering to boss hunt is "against the spirit of the game" or "against the intended purposes" or some nonsense like that. But in this case is hardly matters since half the bosses can be killed in about the same time it takes for you to leave and rejoin, and you can't get Class-A bosses before floor 6 anyways.

the originals, Red Blue and Yellow, followed by Gen II, Gold Silver Crystal, are in the same storyline, so GSC is in fact the sequel to RBY. the same goes for their remakes. HG/SS is a sequel to FR/LG. but other than the unreleased BW2 which follows BW, there are no storyline continuations. although its usually worth it to always get the third game in the generation (yellow, crystal, emerald, platnium) if you are only getting one. note gen 5 has no third game.
