Well I'm extremely busy with university at the moment. Due to this annoying random event that seems to accure in many young people's life, I can't really spend much time on Irl, uhm I mean on RuneScape. The little time I do have is usually spent on killing spiders, or something else that requires little attention, while doing one of those amazingly amusing schoolworks. After all that, I do find a few minutes here and there, and within that time, I try to train some dungeoneering. Mainly world 61, with one of my friends as a cb'er, and some lvl 3 friends, or even randoms. I'm not really interested in gaining xp faster than the speed of light. (in a vacuum, *cough*) All I want is to enjoy training a skill with one of my friends, and all the rest,... well..., that's just the rest. I set my goal to 99 in my signature. Not really because I have it as a goal, just to keep track of it somewhat. :)

Okay, thanks :) They are afkable for 20 minutes at a time arent they? Something like 20 minutes. Make sure you use the room on the south-east (there is one in the middle somewhere but I'm not sure where). That room only has fleshies and no skeletons which will tear you appart as a pure. When I trained there, I brought 10 str pots (4) and the rest swordies, but that was long before str pots jumped in price. But I'd suggest, best armour you can take, a str pot or 2, and the rest lobs/swordies. As for profits...it all depends how much you want. Definitely pick up the uncuts. If you really want to pick up runes, they build up pretty quickly, though, they are not worth a whole lot. When I trained, the uncuts paid for my str pots I used and the runes paid for the food. I used at least 10 str pots per trip so if you're not using any / one or 2 then that will be profit. Also, pick up the staff parts when you have room. They make a nice looking collection. I got over 600 staff parts just from picking them up when I had extra inv space. Don't forget that you no longer autolog after 5 minutes, unless you're being attacked. Now it's 5 minutes, being attacked or not.

I've gotten other titles too =p I Can Has Heim Crab? - eat heim crabs only. It's A Trap! - teleport to ggs and die after. Especially easy to get on skeletal horde or Bal'lak the pummeller. It's Too Easy! - use a mix of melee, ranged, and magic. Balanced! - kill the boss close to death, with lots of food in your inventory. Easy to get with luminescent icefiend. Least I Ain't Chicken - be the only one to enter the boss room. Tele-Fail - ggs teleport in the exact same room, same spot. The Gate Escape - use gatestone teleport while low on health. Anyone got any others? Had one called "Beast Mode"

It is for one time extra work, adding the 50 more names. Form that moment, the amount of players who join in and fall out will stay pretty much the same as in previous years. As you might have noticed, Highscores are some sort of stimulation to get better. Directly resulting in more playtime. Introducing F2P highscores would do exactly the same, but then they'll invest time and resources into something that doesn't have extra benefits for them/the company. Let's just say that after they release such database for F2P'ers, and nothing changes. As many P2P'ers & F2P'ers as at this moment. Then they spent money and valuable time on what? Something that only a few thousand of the many million players actually use? No big deal, but updates should address as many people as possible, not just a limited few. And then the second probability. After such release, I'm confident that more and more players will be aiming for the F2P highscores as well. And then I don't only mean current players, but also new players. Resulting in less and less new P2P'ers? Nah, the difference wont be that big but they still spent money & time, and will be losing on their update, even after release. It doesn't matter how you look at it. It all comes down to the same thing. They lose time, they lose money. Noone would like that. And besides, are highscores really that important? Don't you just enjoy the game and the people? Does it always have to be about being the best? :)

I guess it all comes down to one thing. We all play the way we want, the way we prefer it, the way we enjoy it most. And there will always be lovers and haters, no matter how/what/when you do it. :thumbdown: -> haters (And it's very important to respect everyone's methods imo!) Well well, I have to say that I'm rather surprised reading these posts by you Drumgun. Not too many people even knew you existed... untill you started to pulverize some records and people started to wonder; "Hey, who is this Drumgun guy anyways?". That, combined with the fact that you're considered one of the top players (who aren't likely to post on forums like this :wink:) really caught my breath when I saw your name showing up in this thread. "You think Thé Drumgun would waste valueable time on a topic?? Nowaiii!" Well, I guess I was wrong... :razz: I know we had a brief confrontation before (which was totally based on prejudices), and therefor, I'm greatful for reading this and realising you're not the hopeless case I heard you were. (That's a good thing btw :grin:) This sure cleared up a lot. I enjoyed reading it and I hope you start a blog or something, just to keep the crowd updated on what you do in life... I said it right, right? :razz: People like the way you treath them, with respect... So maybe it's up to you to whipe some prejeduces away about top players?
