I maybe commiting a crime to society, but not to nature. It is how it is, nature understands that perfectly. Society is the one to blaim. So who cares about society. Society isn't perfect, so why should I care what society thinks! Nature has obviously known this, that or adapted to it. Maybe homosexuality started back in the cave men days, or maybe it started a little later, and maybe we adapted to it, some being it, and some not. It's called evolution, it's what happens over a long period of time. We don't have webbed feet anymore, we don't have as much body hair either, we don't need it. And homosexuality probably started along time ago, for God knows why, and more and more people each year are born that way, we are evolving to the point where maybe, someday, our society will be 50/50 homosexuals/homosaipiens.

That isn't a universe then... "Universe" itself literally means "all turned into one" - notice the "uni" part. By definition there can only be one universe. That isn't to say that parallels wouldn't be possible, as that's the same universe. Most likley we made a mistake in naming it the 'Universe'. Are new discovery can't be denied just because we misnamed something years ago.

Not sure about that, but ESPECIALLY in poorer countries, it's a laugh to think you have a chance to win. The factory workers and managers see the opportunity of their life; They'll just tell their families where to buy ice-cream, when the shipment with the token arrives, etc. while the rest of the population gets just that.. Ice cream. Somebody earlier mentioned the question "so where are these winners?". That's so true, why don't we ever hear about these people who by whim of fate get 3 similar ice-cream sticks and win $10 million and a private island with seven yachts? :lol: :lol: :lol: $10 million dollars will buy you about 2 yachts. Or if you want a mega yacht, it will buy you about half of one.

So you expect the government to let us do whatever we want and then spend money to fix us when we abuse it? The thing is, you have to deal with problems directly. "Cars cause a lot of accidents, so let's ban all cars!" is not an effective solution. It's a different solution though. Getting in car accidents is not addictive :P in that situation, the problem lies solely with the people. In a situation such as drugs, there are properties within the drugs themselves that are the problem. With gambling it's sort of a grey area as to whether or not the problem lies solely with the individual or not. Gambling isn't the kind of addiction that drugs are. I say, if you choose to gamble, than you're signing a release form saying that you will take full responsability for your losses or gains. Gambling can get addicting, but in this case, you have the power to stop yourself. It's usually the, 'the next time could be the jackpot' thought that breaks people down. That's why gambling, if you can get into it, is such a good buisness.

Ok, GIMP's driving me mad. I open GIMP, I get 2 windows, some weird toolbar thingy, and some drawing thingy with brushes I can't use apparently. So I'm following a tutorial to make a sig. It says open a 420x90 new thingy, so I do, and now I have a third window I have to somehow manage. Then it says, simply click the brush and draw. Which is impossible, I'm suppose to draw on entirely different window, and I can't draw on the bush window. I'll upload a pic, this is driving me mad!! This thing is so confusing!! And what's up with the 2/3 windows! They couldn't compact it into 1 window!

In most countries a 16 year-old wouldn't be able to drive on their own anyways. They would most likely have a graduated license, requiring an adult to accompany them when they drive. I much preferred my bike until I was old enough to drive on my own. Let's not forget the fact there aren't many people his age who can afford to purchase and insure their own car. He's probably in school, not working full-time. The only 16 year-olds I knew with their own cars got them from their "mommies and daddies", they didn't put a cent towards it themselves. Most European and Asian countries use bikes to cars. That, or they walk.
