  1. That's more surprising then a radical Liberitarian. Hmm, not really. But I wouldn't support any Republican candidate, not even Guliani, because I found out he has power issues. And then there's Mitt Romney, he's got to be worse than Reagan. Obama seems to be a good mix of Republican and Democrat however, but has the Democrat liberty I want.
  2. Try This Political Spectrum Quiz I got: But I'm probably now more Liberal. I'm supporting Barack Obama.
  3. Ummmm, what lve of biology have you taken? The mitochondria and the golgi apparatus both have DNA of their own. In biology we learned that both organelles have very bacteria like characteristics. Since they basically have bacteria, they do in fact have DNA (Although it is never noted really) It's said mitochondria might have been among the first signs of life, which would explain why they have DNA in them.
  4. +1 I stopped every drink that has aspartane, cafeine, or sugar in it. We'll see who will be laughing when all you softdrinkers are 50, obese, have diabetes, and various other health problems. Strong ignorance. Lol? Make a point, or are you unable to? I know A LOT about health, I know more than some dietetists I have meet, so you better have some solid arguments other than Omgz softdr1inkz are g00d for u everyone is l1eng. I wanted to emphasize his point.
  5. So wait, it's not in Coke or Pepsi? Yay! \
  6. Swastika has been used by many different cultures all around the world. Some got points in it, some is in 45̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâôankle and so on. Heck, even Finnish air forces used it before even NSDAP was found. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Swastika I stand corrected. I just found this photo I took a while back of a bank building in Chicago:
  7. I live life to live life. If I died tomorrow at least I could say I'm living life.
  8. I did that once at a Borders, they didn't believe me. Next time I think I'm gonna better fake my identity.
  9. Only when you add dots in the four quadrants does it become the symbol for Jainism.

What makes you say that? I mean, besides your subjective opinion? It's clear you replaced the word 'modesty' with an emotional term 'shame' to make your point look more valid, but if you put (what I think is the) correct word (modesty) in place of shame, your sentence looks quite invalid. Societies that have no widespread media or television don't have any problems with this issue; Why walk around with tons of clothes even during summer? They even have old people walking around with little to no clothes. These people live a much more natural life than western societies, hence (from a subjective POV) this is more 'normal' than concealing yourself all the time. I'm not an exhibionist by the way. But aren't most of those societies rather primitive, almost tribal?
  12. No, it's my fault, I worded it badly. But anyways, it was a legit question, anyone know the answer? I know FireFox doesn't call "learnt" a word, but then again they didn't call "should've" a word either. :?
  13. That's what I did, what's your point? "Seriously Vickie, over half of your posts are there purely to correct what other people said. You're so irritating." It is? Hmm...
  14. Why don't you be less annoying and then there won't be a problem? It's not a habit really, it's a common trait among most normal people. If you have a comment regarding the way I wrote my post than why don't you state your problem and I'll take responsibility for the fact that I did sound a little rude and should've asked in a more polite manner. Actually, all Rocketman had to say is,'I don't agree with how you wrote that post', and I would've gladly apologized.
  15. The middle one: Make him look Slavic and quite buff.
  16. Yes, be a nag-worm as you make a typo yourself. Seriously Vickie, over half of your posts are there purely to correct what other people said. You're so irritating. I'm not going to argue with you, however, I would suggest you stop your little obsessive habit of vexation. You can't even ask a genuine question these days without being attacked by someone. #-o
  17. Yes, be a nag-worm as you make a typo yourself. I wasn't being a "nag-worm", it was a serious question and has been on my mind lately. I just never got around to asking it.
  18. Wait, is 'learnt" even a correct way to say "learned?" I thought they overruled this years ago saying it was indeed "learned?" :|
  19. Let me guess, beat them too? Haha ROFL. Nice pun! :P That is a pun right? Well, w/e it's close enough.
  20. I think a better way to look at ChickyBee's theory would be to suggest life existed before our planet existed or in it's early stages on another planet. Like maybe on Mar or Venus in the early days our our planet, when Venus was once a nice place, and Mars too. Or even more extreme, that the sun that formed our new sun could've had it's own solar system with life.
  21. Everyone knows how I feel about overpopulation, which is all in my overpopulation thread. Anyways, if there is wrong thing wrong with this planet it's idiots who are egotistical greedy bastards like OPEC and our government that won't realize the importance of our environment. We could've been using wind-power, hydro-power, etc, from the beginning, but instead we used fossil fuels, and throughout years like the 60's and 70's we basically screamed a reservation for destroying our world. We didn't need big cars, there should've never been a baby boom like there was, if politicians, companies, and even people would've made wiser decisions and not decisions based on money we would've been way better off. But what does money matter anyway, once our planet is gone money will be gone with it, and the Universe will move on. It does these sorts of things everyday with giant stars destroying solar systems, colliding galaxies etc, who knows if life out there existed too in those events. Wow, that latter part was rather bleak.
  22. 4 days has been long up! Get back on Destro! :P
  23. I think we go further each day than we thought we could. But I don't think we've over exceeded. If we had over exceeded we'd have world peace. If a huge catastrophic event were to occur and it effected many countries allies and enemies, politics would still get in the way of uniting against it. And until then we haven't really accomplished the highest goal, yet we've actually driven away from it by drawing barriers.
  24. Stop quoting that post i know you want it changed just have patience! Oh, than just tell me originally. I thought you were not seeing my post, my bad.
