You could try the fail-curse method, but it doesnt give you HP experience. Or you could craft your own runes instead of buying them.

Pure essence and norm essense is a new thing put in by Runescape to help prevent macroing. Pure essencse is member only so i wont go into detail. You could buy iron and coal and then smelt into bars and sell for a profit. Or you can mine iron and coal and then smith into pl8s and high alch them. Either way you get money, and both ways take time.

Dark wizards are good, you can find them south of varrock but its usually crowded, or in the level 7 or 8 wild which is usually emty.

No. I just tested it out, and F2P can still enchant ammys from Saphire to Diamond.

This formula should help. Just go on Tip.It and use the damage table for rtange to find out the max hits. And as for training, i would reccomend either the dark wizards in the lvl 6-8 wild, or hill giants in edgeville dungeon ~ though it can get pretty crowded at peak hours.

The Max you can have without leveling, (excluding hitpoint levels), so use the combat calculator to see how many u can gain and go for that.

You can buy them from other players (recomeneded) or from Oziach in Edgeville. Just as a note, they cant be worn untill you complete the dragon slayer quest.

Well im not too familiar with P2P, but i hear Rock grabs and Elements are a good source of EXP. Or you could try training on Mossies or Hill Giants.

Hobgoblin mine in the level 28 wild is great for power mining. About 25 rocks and rarely anyone there.

I keep hearing people say Granite Rocks are great mining experience. Two Questions: What level do you need to be to mine them? And are they members only? Thanks

First of all... don't triple post. If your power mining i reccomend the Hobgoblin mine in the lvl 28 wilderness. Just take your pick and stay there till your satisfied, the hobgoblins will ignore you after about 10 min. And for the money, do it in a skill you enjoy. I would reccomend either fishing, woodcutting or theiving.
