He wouldn't lose any more from his budget than he would if the Swiss weren't providing power anyways. Not really. He can't sell essentially infinite energy that he gets for free for the same price as it used to be. The price of a kw is probably less than a penny for him now, which means that he's making no money back, and the cost to run all the nuclear plants and all is getting no money back ,and he's losing money. Then that's for Germany to sort out.

Not at all. It relies on people actually buying the cars. Right now, electric cars are cheaper and have more refuel spots in the SR, so those are the predominant car. Really the monopoly was because of Russia and Japan's economic warfare over the car profits.

Monopolies have to be negotiated with the country you're setting up in. Seeing as there are no other Hydrogen Fuel Cell manufacturers, I have a monopoly on H-Cars. Governments have nothing to do with it. Yes, but there's no protection of that. If I started making Fuel Cell cars (which, I could since that's exactly what Project UV was), there's no guarantee that you would retain that monopoly.

SSR and Scandinavia are going to the depths, Switzerland-Russia-Scandinavia-Australia are going to the stars, Japan has space program. Switzerland completely disavows foreigners, Germany is introducing literarcy tests with grandfather clauses, the USA and Britian are freezing immigration, the SSR is becoming more multi-cultural by the day and Japan seems to have annexed its way into being the most multi-cultural country.
