Dungeoneering
The 3 check the rubble for any useful or valuable loot. Nick, Ares, and Jen go to the door on the far eastern wall, and check it for traps before entering.
-
Dungeoneering
Nick helps Jen up. The three of them plus Keminos now continue smashing through the pillars using whatever skills are best (nick - str, jen - ice magic, ares - dark magic?). Stupid pillars.
-
Dungeoneering
Whatever, I have no idea what his skills are.
-
Dungeoneering
I heal myself instantly and Ares, Jen, and Nick all start smashing the [cabbage] out of the pillars. Jen freezes them Nick smashes them with his maul And Ares conjures a fire elemental to attack them, then starts casting dark magic at them. Nick also takes the strange crystals from Jen and Ares. That makes 3. Who has the other one?

Dungeoneering
Fine, I start casting lightning bolts from my arse at the statue. And teleport manically around the room yelling "THE BRITISH ARE COMING! THE BRITISH ARE COMING!". Jen and Ares go to the caged room and check the door to see if they can find a way to open it. wat He pokes it and gets .3 exp and I just walk by it and get shot with fire? This dungeon must be a manic bi-polar schizophrenic.

Dungeoneering
Nick proceeds down the corridor into the room with the gated room with the 4 chests. He examines the pillars arrayed along the wall. Using the vine that Nick tied to the roof in the middle, Jen and Ares swing across the pressure plates to the other side. OOC: And yes I do have the highest dexterity because I got it through the game.
-
Dungeoneering
Nick ties a vine to himself and loops it around the ceiling, using it as a kind of balancing rope to make sure he doesn't slip and fall onto a pressure plate. The vine can support his whole weight, and his upper body is incredibly strong (archer...), so if he starts losing balance he can just lift himself up and then set himself down again and continue. Nick continues his "acrobatic feat" or whatever, and tries to make it to the other side (just tell me if I make it to the other side, rather then going row by row). Jen moves back to the other room and both her and Ares concentrate ice to freeze the water again and build a temporary bridge to get Ares across again.

Dungeoneering
Ares tries to get back to the room with the chest. Nick goes forward into the pressure plates, and attempts to make it to the other side by balancing between the cracks (I'm pretty sure I have the highest dexterity out of everyone) Jen starts examining the plates to try and find the one that doesn't work for the first row. (I hope they don't mind that I've commandeered their characters, but the alternative is to have a bunch of mutes following me around)
-
Dungeoneering
Jen hangs back and keeps guard while Ares and Nick check the chest for traps, then open it to see what "phat lewt" they get.
-
Dungeoneering
Then what was the whole point in the goddamn turbine? Nick, Jen, and Ares all concentrate on freezing the spot where the water is coming from and creating a temporary sort of dam so they can cross.
-
Dungeoneering
Irrelevant. Dance monkey, dance! Anywho, Ares, Jen, and Nick push through the water which is now little more then a trickle, cut the vine and then go into the pressure plate room and open the treasure chest, making sure to check for traps and nasties beforehand.
-
Dungeoneering
Arch said you were dancing or some such.
-
Dungeoneering
Nick ties Ares, Jen, and himself to the entrance with a number of long vines and all three push through the weakened water to the other side of the room, where Rocco is dancing (what?).
-
Dungeoneering
Nick jots out from following Ares for a quick second to give the gatekeeper (or whatever it was) 1gp and ask him how to deal with the room past the center room. If it's a secret that he tells, just PM me, Ross, and Retech. :) -goes back on autopilot-
-
Dungeoneering
'Is on auto-pilot following, helping, healing, attacking with, etc, Ares' Beeee arrr beee gotta feed the insatiable nicotine monkey on my back.
-
Dungeoneering
Yeah, I'm waiting in the circle, I was just queuing orders.
-
Dungeoneering
After the spell that Ares does (whichever way it goes), Nick goes back to the turbine and thrusts his maul into the blades, hoping to stop the turbine, then returns to the middle room. TTan there are no unopened doors from the main room.
-
Dungeoneering
Nick tosses Ares his crystal.
-
Dungeoneering
Well, [bleep]. Someone turn off the turbine please.
-
Dungeoneering
Nick rips it out and keeps going because he's a manly man. I'm in the room with the purple boxes Arch.
-
Dungeoneering
Nick enters the room past the middle room (WHAT DO I SEE?)
-
Dungeoneering
Okay, whatever, I get helped up by someone and I head to the middle room past where Jen tripped the tripwire, and into the room past that, now...what do I see?
-
Dungeoneering
Pie you lazy bum get over here and help us up.
-
Dungeoneering
Huh? Kemios went from the top room all the way down and was fine -.-
-
Dungeoneering
Nick slams his maul into the turbine propellers, trying to stop it, then goes to the treasure chest and opens it.
