  1. I was just about to do it up :P
  2. Oi that's not very nice. But yes, this was yesterdays update (I got distracted with...other things): American Tea Brigade & Rev. Army go rebel hunting in the Northern USA, sending the rebels rebelling against the rebels to their graves. Coffee Brigade/Jefferson Army attacks into British holdings. Rebellions: 3 6,000 strong armies (militia) rise up in Florida (USA) 1 4,000 strong army (skirmishers) rise up in Ireland (Great Britain) 1 3,000 strong army (dragoons) rise up in Scotland (Great Britain)
  3. Yea, your land army. Iceland is an island, btw...so you need to put your troops in boats and send them off to get them to another piece of land. If they weren't on the boats then they were in Iceland. Unless of course you ordered your heavily armoured men and horses to swim across the Atlantic and invade Spain like that.
  4. Oki. The Loyalist Army retreats to Rhode Island. --- The Netherlands offers the title of Honorary Guard to the French Prince in Exile to any French nobles who come to the Netherlands. Not many take up the offer, aside from those that already fled to the Netherlands, as it's a relatively meaningless title.
  5. I had around 12,000 Knights of Santiago and around 15,000 Jinettes (which I 'made' to counter your Hlapuri...so yea) If they weren't on the boats then they were sitting around doing nothing in Iceland, which forces me to question your competence as a leader in not using maximum force to destroy one of the biggest threats to yourself.
  6. http://users.aber.ac.uk/lug9/delta_v/quadransd6.html My planet if I do decide to play. Idk
  7. There are others. Just gotta get to them If you want to roleplay for flavour you can go ahead, I've already said you could do it in the PM.
  8. Big heavy armour and mailed warhorses are relatively useless considering I slaughtered all of your troops before they even came off their boats  And my Knights of Santiago could've beat them, easily. Really could've beat any of your units, since I got the full bonus since their bonus was against soldiers of different faith (2x effecitve against heretics, 3x as effective against heathens). So, yea, that armour would do nothing. Hell, I could probably just kill them with Jinettes, since they'd never even be able to catch them
  9. Artillery Commander, Infantry Commander, and Offensive Doctrine Btw I meant to give Bagration Offensive Doctrine as well, so he can have that as well as Winter Specialist. Generally the historical generals people get will be 2 trait generals. Oh and General Guyder (American General) gains the trait Winter Specialist for all his battles in Canada.
  10. Being an [wagon]. --- Updates: Rev. France's Invasion of the Netherlands A French army crossed the border into the Netherlands chasing after a band of rebels, and Dutch garrisons along the border were thrown into a panic as at first they believed the rebel army was the French invading, and so ran away from them to their fortresses, and then the Revolutionary army came behind them and the two French armies fought. The Dutch, finally realizing they weren't in any danger, watched the French rebel army get thoroughly trounced, but a number of Dutch nobles had decided to watch the battle closer and were trampled to death by the fleeing rebel army and pursuing French cavalry. Effect: Netherlands loses 1% production efficiency for 1 year. --- Napoleon takes his army to Brittany and smacks around the counter-revolutionary army there for a bit before the counter-revolutionaries flee across the English channel in fishing boats and land in Cornwall, asking the British Government for assistance in their righteous crusade against the anarchistic French government. Also, they steal some English peasant's chickens and tip over his cow. British treasury minus 50 ducats for the cow. --- Rev. French troops are sent to guard a shipment of bread coming into France, and half of it mysteriously goes missing en route. When they arrive in the city the bread was being sent to, they run out of bread with the lineup still halfway full. The peasants gets mad at the guards, who have fat bellies in their eyes, and another riot breaks out. Effect: Rev. France loses 1,000 Line infantry (killed by a peasant mob, will not be replaced). --- British militia units destroy the roadways that serve as some of Spain's traderoutes in the Americas, intent on not allowing them to send stuff to the USA. Effect: Spain gains the modifier 'God damn British' until they fix their roads (costing 5m ducats) that gives -5% tariff income. ---- British set up a naval blockade on the USA, intent on stopping funds from reaching the American government from overseas. Effect: American government can no longer receive foreign funds to bankroll its war. Dungeonal can only use his country's treasury until the blockade is broken.
  11. Sry yea. Just outside having a smoke atm
  12. (However this does count as another rebellion...of sorts) And due to the British government doing nothing about the rebellion in India, the British controlled provinces in Northern India defect to the Mahratta Confederation.
  13. It was a shorter distance for the americans. You wanted your armies to march from ontario to florida
  14. No... It's not biased at all. You had your army in one spot, with order to travel to another, except there were only two routes you could take, both which had larger enemy forces tracelling along towards your position. If you had crossed the great lakes by boat you would have gotten away, but the route you took forced you to engage a superior force while another quickly approached from behind. The idea that a couple thousand colonial milita troops could slow down a force of regular troops in far superior numbers for even a short period is just silly. Not to mention it was a suicide mission so good luck getting them to even stay and fight in the first place. The two revolts are in the USA.
  15. The 5m hit is just one of the many downsides of being Russia. You haven't proven anything. My decision still stands. -------- UPDATES: British-American War -Britain can't really do anything, since they have no armies in the area -America sends all their armies marching south to deal with the rebellion, easily destroys it with such an overwhelming numerical superiority -Two rebellions pop up in Central and Northern America. Rev. France -Prominent Army General calls for the arrest of Robespierre and his execution for treason against the French people -Reign of Terror still sweeps across France, and several of France's more moderate ministers are assassinated -Spies from ??? salt French farmland in an attempt to increase the pressures on food production in the nation -Riot in Versailles over exorbitant bread prices - Rev. France treasury -1,000,000 ducats for damages -Riot in Dijon over Robespierre's political purges - Rev. France treasury -2,000,000 ducats for damages -Rev. France's army marches to deal with the Counter-Revolutionaries in Northern France, and after a rather indecisive battle the Counter Revolutionaries flee across the border into the Netherlands, where they find grain shipments heading to Rev. France and steal them -Counter-Revolutionary rebellion led by deposed nobles and aristocrats rises up in Brittany - 18,000 strong (4,000 hussars, 2,000 dragoons, 1,000 Cuiriassiers, 3,000 Fusiliers, 6,000 Line infantry, 2,000 Skirmishers, 10 cannon)
  16. Famine isn't exactly something you can control, no amount of agricultural reforms will help you produce food if it isn't raining. Icu, how did the redcoats and royal army suddenly get transported from Canada to Florida on your map? And dungeonal has most definitely run out of money, but the people(s) bankrolling his war have not. I'm also completely unbiased in this matter, it just happens that your two armies got attacked by a superior force from two different sides. Btw, the army that was in Florida was your colonial army, and that was nearly destroyed last round.
  17. Icu, those two armies were in Canada at the end of the last round. So redo please? The problem is that your armies were in Canada, and that's where Dungeonal sent his armies to attack...where your armies were last round. So, unless you can figure out a way to sneak an entire army past somebody and march it across a continent without being seen, you would've been attacked anyways before you got to the rebellion.
  18. They respond: Go away with your God and diseases. We were fine before you came anyways. -- Sometimes a hard back hand is the only way to deal with things.
  19. He gets infantry commander, just because. Sorry but I can't really keep track of generals and admirals when there's like 120 of them. ? I will allow it. Been away all day, getting to it atm. ----------- UPDATES: Russia's technology investments: Random Event - Declaration of Human Rights (Prussia) With the Prussian crown's declaration of the rights of man, it is finally seeing payback for such a forward thinking move. Effect: Prussia gains the modifier 'Declaration of Human Rights' giving +20% production income Doom said she was enacting the reforms that Napoleon did...so: (lazy for images...also drunk): Historical Event - Continental System (Great Britain & Rev. France) One of Napoleon's reforms was a new trade idea called the Continental System that would see Great Britain's trade within Europe strangleholded by the mighty French economy. Effect: 'Continental System' for Great Britain giving -20% tariff income Random Event - Starvation (Rev. France & Russia) Widespread famine across the country has led to massive starvation among the poorer population. Effect: Treasury -5,000,000 ducats Historical Event - Reign of Terror (Rev. France) Robespierre's radical reforms to the political system within France were not without opposition... Effect: 12,000 Counter-Revolutionaries rise up in Normandy (Northern France) 4,000 hussars, 8,000 Line infantry - General Pierre [Cavalry Commander] Update for the American-British War -HRE army invades Hannover, easily dispatches Hannover's army -Emperor of the HRE proclaims Hannover an independent state, with no more ties to Great Britain -British government becomes convinced they are surrounded by spies, House of Commons thrown into chaos as everyone points fingers at their political enemies, riot breaks out in the House of Commons, 18 British lords killed and 31 wounded before its brought under control -British spy in American assassinates James Madison and then is caught and tortured for 18 hours before killed. Just because. -Jefferson army marches away to deal with the Rebellion and gets its ass kicked, runs away back to Washington and says they were attacked by giants with clubs made out of gold. Washington believes this of course, because he's an asshat. -British Royal/Redcoat army go march somewhere (hell if I know, I wasn't provided a map), and eventually run into the American Revolutionary Army, Tea Brigade, and Coffee Brigade. It's not exactly hard to figure out what happens when 20,000 Brits stumble around and get attacked by 40,000+ Americans. Yea...Royal/Redcoat army nearly destroyed, runs away to Canada... -Revolt in American spreads to the centre of the Thirteen Colonies. Rebellion now fields around 20,000 troops (6,000 dragoons, 2,000 lancers, 8,000 line infantry, 4,000 skirmishers) Aside from the random ludicrousness that comes through whenever I drink too much, this is pretty much exactly would've happened anyways. (black is the rebellion...if it gets all of America then the USA collapses...)
  20. Oh look it's like real war.
  21. Oh and Chapman says he's tired of losing battles and nearly getting himself killed, and announces his retirement.
  22. Denmark has 16,000 troops and Sweden 18,000. They can call up militias and whatnot as well. And Sweden has hakkapeliittas. --- War in NA: Americans attack with full force against the British Colonial Army occupying the region around Washinton. Huge superiority in numbers easily decides the outcome, and General Chapman only manages to extract around 1000 troops from the fighting. Losses: Britain - entire Colonial Army except for 2,000 Line infantry (will be replaced next reset) America - 3,000 line infantry, 1,000 skirmishers --- British Royal Army and Redcoat Army advance into Canada, meeting little to no resistance and taking back most of Britain's colonies in Canada. - Dissent over the war like attitude of the American government and its refusal to accept peace deals with the British cause a revolt of 8,000 (Colonial Militia troops) in South Carolina and Georgia. - Peruvian Nationalist rise up in South America with the goal of independence from Spain (2,000 line infantry, 4,000 dragoons, 3,000 skirmishers) ----- Do you guys want to make a rule that armies on campaign can't reinforce?
  23. And then my outnumbered forces crushed the armies of Europe on my homeland...
  24. Yawn. Austria is now an npc country. It keeps it's soldiers and funds. The king is arrested for treason and his nephew takes the throne
  25. Well... Probably should read the wiki page on it
