Anyways, the ERE begins consolidating its resources for more domestic uses, and stockpiling stuff that it doesn't use atm. - Research starts on a ballistic missle shield system and whatever. Bunkers still being constructed in the 'hostile' border regions (ERE-Egypt, ERE-Iran). Also, long range artillery being set up on the coast of the Red Sea, just in case I need to lob some crap at Rocco in the future. Also mines being placed in the waters of Bab-el-Mandeb, which is now renamed to Constantine Strait (because I'll never remember its actual name). Also, artillery base is being constructed on Perim Island, as well as naval patrols and a radar station. Coast of Arabia getting bunkers as well. 20,000 troops are garrisoned in Roman Pakistan. Me! Grim, I will make the moon a neutral territory, and build a matter gate for it, so you don't need to build one. Basically the rule is that you can't bring an army of soldiers, or bioweapons.
