  1. This is a very good map, but what is with people bumping old topics?
  2. No one gives a damn about f2p prayer, if you turn it on the person your fighting calls you a loser and walks out. And there is giants on f2p btw, i forked out 980k on f2p for big bones and lvled 1-43 prayer in a day on my pure mage, so even there it isnt hard. Regardless of whether or not it is useful in a PvP situation, it is very useful in a PvM situation. It would take about 210k big bones to get to 85, which would take an extremely long time, and cost atleast 60M. I wouldn't really say that isn't hard. =; I think that the protection prayers are at a low level for f2p, since they have very limited resources in training prayer.
  3. If you're gonna keep using this, as it's 2 years old, and 3 p2p skills have been added since, you might want to change it to 23 rather than 20. :) But with 23, mine is 75.9. 8-)
  4. I'd say either fire giants or dust devils if you have the slayer level.
  5. Use a cannon at rock crabs, I don't think cannons give you hp exp. If you don't want to do that, I'd say pest control, getting the bare minimum in damage to get a point, and use the points on ranged exp of course.
  6. I trained from 61-72 range on bloodvelds, and I only got about 300-400 bloods. Maybe I was just unlucky, but I could have made enough money for those runes in an hour, instead of the week it took me to train. That's wierd, nearly every 150 or so bloodveld task I get, I walk out with maybe 200 bloods. Maybe you were just unlucky, or I was just lucky. :?
  7. It might be more cost effecient to use the butler under him. He only takes a few seconds more than the demon, and can hold as many planks as you can fit in your inventory with the right larder set up, plus you pay him half as much as demon.
  8. Does this work on ape atoll too?
  9. Because if I decide it would cost too much, it would have wasted 180k. :) Also, it saves the hassle of buying cannonballs and a cannon, then reselling the cannon.
  10. I meant by it would hit more often is that since the Magic defence is splited to 70% Magic lvl and 30% def lvl, by lowering magic I'll more often since the most of thier magic def is lowered Your not understanding what he is saying Alooooosh. By lowering your opponents magic attack, it means they will hit you less often. Your not lowering their mage defence so you still hit as often as normal. If I am understanding the conflict correctly if I am not, I am sorry for wasting anyones time. Anyways, back on topic, I am not much of a Pk'er but from what I read, Sara seems to be the best to have. Actually, their mage level has a bearing on how often you hit them with mage and how often they hit you. And for the god, go with sara. =)
  11. After asking a few friends, they said about 500 or so per task. Can anyone else confirm ~500 or 2k+?
  12. Unless you find a world to yourself, you have to be pretty quick to get yourself a dragon down there. I'd go with the ogre enclave, as suggested by a few others.
  13. I'm going for 85 slayer (along with everyone else in runescape :) ) and I was thinking of using a cannon for a few tasks. I haven't tried it yet, and I'm curious about how many cannonballs (ON AVERAGE!!!) are used per ~150 dagannoth task. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
  14. It is definately possible with your stats, but if you were to improve one, I'd go with prayer. I would suggest 60 or so. And I agree with Jason_D123, I think without guthans is easier.
  15. In my experience, monsters are faster than pest control until the mid/high 80's. From then on, I've noticed PC to be faster. Hope this helps!
  16. I've tested various locations, and the one that stood out the most for me was red salamanders southwest of ardounge. You also might want to bring any type of camo, it helps more than you would think.
  17. If cost is a big issue, use iron arrows or knives at the fire giants, or dust devils if your slayer level is high enough. If it isn't, or you happen to have a lot of red chinchompas from hunter, use those at PC. I just thought of something. You could always smith your iron knives, costing you about 20 gold per.
  18. Barbtailed kebbits are supposed to be the best until 53, then chinchompas to 59, then red salamanders to 80.
  19. I just call em like I see em. :) I wasn't saying it was a bad thing, just noticing a trend.
  20. The green thing he had was "Magic Secateurs" from the fairy tale part 1 quest. I have no idea why it was hitting 70's though.
  21. I can understand that to some extent, you have a rather high total level for your combat. When I was rcing with the abyss, every 110+ pker that attacked me, excluding one, had a total lower than 1300, 2 of which had unranked totals.
