Yes, it does exist, it's just a tad rare.

Definatly either Yew Longs or steel Plates. This is if you make the bows yourself, and you will need at least 70 fletching to start out with. Don't make yew shorts.

There's SO many low level monsters you can kill it's not even funny. You can do cows as well as goblins. Are you a member? Also, try the f2p dungeon at barbarian village.

my advice: Don't do barrows. Go level up a bit, get around 60 mage, at least 43 prayer. Your range will do. Just use rune arrows + mage short.
