  1. Well, I'm going to say anything by Trapical. They're just that well thought out and typed. Probably among the most serious threads on these boards.
  2. Here's the next best thing. Get some white paint from your local hardware store along with a brush. Lightly paint a wall with the paint. Pull up a chair and watch the paint for several hours. Make sure to check if it's dry, occasionally. Congrats, you have explored the male mind. I bet you Blue dries faster than white. We shall make it a race! Extreme paint drying! Its the new sport I tell you.
  3. Blood goes through your body pretty damn fast, so I doubt it. But if you were bitten somewhere where there weren't any major blood vessels, and you acted quickly, you might have a chance. I suppose if you were going to die anyway, amputation might be a good thing to try. So we amputate them and find a way to contain them until we are certain they prove no threat and are therefore free from the virus. However, what use would someone who has lost an arm really be? Or a leg (granted, we can prepare and have a few wheelchairs). However, I suppose they would be valuable when society is reformed, as they can pass on their knowledge more. Hell, they could even be used to cook food, and help in construction rather than defend. Looks like I answered myself -.-.
  4. So the blue furry, fuzzy monster kicks [wagon]? No, the reason why he doesn't fight back is because he has no arms. Therefore he just stands there. Yeah. That's right. HE TICKLES THEM TO DEATH. What, with his non existant arms..? With his fuzziness clearly.

Yes, between everyone on the planet, we could learn everything we possibly could, which may lead to new ways to discover what we do not know. However, who seriously wants their thoughts to be known by a central computer "brain"?

Neither time nor knowledge is infinite. To say time is infinite is to make everything with a probability of less than 1, to 1. There will be an infinite amount of copies of you, according to your false time theory. Seems logical enough, but when do you see time stopping? Time for us, I believe that our own concept of time stops when we die.

Knowledge can be lost? Please do explain. If nobody passes on the knowledge, and the means to gain it is lost, the knowledge is lost. and the full understanding of something will be lost when its discoverer dies That is not true. Our method of thinking can be written down, if someone was to determined enough to read all of that, they would gain full understanding, both of the person who discovered it, how the discovery came about, and their thoughts on it.

  9. Fallout 3/Oblivion. I reccomend the former more, Oblivion has more content, though Fallout 3 is slightly superior because of the leveling systems, and it the enemies don't level as you do.
  10. Why would you do that to yourself? To figure out if its really as painful to give birth as women claim it is.
  11. Do they remind anyone else of the Helghast?
  12. Kiriyama replied to Zierro's topic in Off-Topic
Well, one could assume that there is a finite amount of knowledge at any time. However, it is increasing all the time. So you could learn everything, but then something else will occur, meaning new knowledge.
  13. No i'm sure it's not,as long as there's the word Rolex with a small crown, you're good. Yeah... They could have faked that.
  14. I doubt you'd go crying to them after what they said anyway.
  15. If I knew where my Silver is, I would test it for you. Last thing I know is my cousin had it, and he doesn't know where it is, or someone stole it. Though really, I cheated the hell out of it, so my party was like Mew, Celebi, Mewtwo, and others which I forget.
  16. The first Gym in GSC was Flying. Then it was Grass. That put Grass and Water at a disadvantage. Making Fire the most viable choice. FOr the first 3 gyms, it went Flying, Grass, Normal. Grass is weak to Flying, Water is weak to Grass. None are weak to Normal. Finally, Grass is weak to Fire. Now, who would you say is the most viable choice? If you concentrate on starters.
  17. I thought the starter was a matter of... "[bleep] it, which one is the fire type?" I've always wondered why people were in love with fire types because in reality. They all suck [wagon]... And fire was really the worst choice to make, because for the first 2 gym leaders fire was weak. Grass was always the best early choice against the first 2, rock and water. Fire didn't really pay off until the 6th, I think, that grass one. Water was good for the first, rock, ok for water, but #3 was electric, so you had to have good pokemon by then. Also I know hope isn't lost for my team, not just because Kabutops is rock/water but also because my other stuff is still strong period. :D I could argue that in RSE, fire was a logical choice for the first gym, if you wanted to spend the time to train Torchic to level 16, and evolve it so it learns Double Kick. useful for the first gym. Correct?
  18. they are 12, not 8. Yeah, 12. Sorry, but at that age, I can only gather that they still think its like a social status thing, and with popular media the way it is, its too highly glamourised.
  19. Oh. I wasn't too sure, honestly, since you had a Pikachu that stayed out of its ball, and wouldn't evolve, I just assumed you were infact, Ash.
  20. Actually, its not Ash you fight. Its Red. The only game where you really play as Ash is pokemon yellow. Likewise, who you call Gary, isn't he Blue?
  21. I thought the starter was a matter of... "[bleep] it, which one is the fire type?" I've always wondered why people were in love with fire types because in reality. They all suck [wagon]... I think its because of the lack of fire types in the games. Honestly, you can find plenty of grass types, and they all end up doing alright. Water is even easier, even the useless Magikarp turns powerful when it evolves.

  23. Look, she called it off, theres nothing you can do. Go as friends, it won't be akward unless you make it so.
  24. Just let it slide. They're 12, I doubt they can grasp the concept of what a "girlfriend" actually is.
  25. 14 I counted from a list by someone in the "Today..." thread. EDIT::: I miscounted, it was 13. I'll go double check on a site I haven't used in awhile. Okay checked. On their Legendary Capture Guide they have 12. [hide=list]Dialga Palkia Uxie Mesprit Azelf Heatran Regigigas Giratina Cresselia Darkrai Shaymin Arceus[/hide] The difference is that they don't class Rotom as a Legendary, the user who made the list on the thread did however.
