Your blending is good, now work on creating shared lighting and a better flow. Try to create a focal, and use your blending to create depth.

try a bigger sized brush at lower opaqueness ;)

are you guys kidding me? that took me two seconds in paint. the background was just a few big blocks of color i had to use the white fill tool to cut out :/

i dont really understand this, but... the first joke is the replaced emblems on the circles in the background of the screenshots.

its good, i really like the sharpness, and your blending style is pretty cool as well. seems to me though, that the render is to "hard" compared to the "softer" background. Prehaps intensify the lighting on the right, and extend the blur to the left?
