Whip no doubt about it.. If your looking to train strength however,uses Dharoks or Veracs..Obviously Dharoks is better,but I like Veracs best.

Me thinks This Monday,cause its an American holiday (Memorial day) so Jagex might get a lot of people to play with the HUGE update,even though most people are on vacation..
