Around how much xp an hour can i get there?

Ok i was wondering what is the best ranged xp? I heard you can get 50k an hour but where. I'm currently lvl 63 and about to be 64 and i'm shooting for lvl 70. Also, i'm using iron knives. If i should use something else, please tell me. Ty in advance for your help! Also, please name a few examples and possibly some with good loot.

OK i'm confused about something. Now, i didnt do the quest called "The eyes of glophire" but does it have anything to do with gnome magics? I dont really want a spoiler just an answer if the quest has anything to do with "gnomic magics"Because the summary of the BTS for august mentioned it. I really thought it would be summoning since gnomes have summoned things before(the gnome who hates humans i forgot his name atm)He summoned "his pet" which was a black demon in a quest. Also i think somewhere in a postbag letter he mentions something about long forgotten gnomic magics which i strongly believe is summoning.

obby cape: 2nd best cape in rs worth around 250-300k. fury ammy:best ammy and most expensive ammy in rs worth around 4.9-5mil i think. i'm not sure about the prices of the rings but i know the warrior ring gives att bonuses and berzerker ring gives str bonus.

Sure, runehq's guides have pictures but what, you stil need pictures to understand things? Overall Runehq's guides have many mistakes because they are rushed to bring them out. :-X Tip.it, on the other hand are very well thought out and carefully researched, thus very few mistakes, if any. \ YOU decide which are better.

I have a suggestion that could help people raise their mining,magic,smithing,runecrafting and crafting all at once! Ok so here it goes. The requirments are finishing the "Between a rock" quest,40 mining,55 magic,44 runecrafting and 40 smithing. Recommened is the "Family Crest" quest for the goldsmith gauntlets. First off you want to get a nice supply of natures(enter runecrafting exp)which will be explained by the valor's runecrafting guide if he included nature runecrafting. Now get your pickaxe,fire staff, and golden helmet and head off to the Arzinian mines and mine a full load of gold.(enter mining exp) Now, use superheat on all your gold ores.(enter magic&smithing exp) Now you could either drop them and repeat or you could bank them for all the jewelery you might make.(enter crafting exp) Pretty much everything is free if you make your natures and note that you even get a rune pickaxe for finishing the "Between a Rock" quest. I am done. :D What do you think? EDIT: some spelling errors and grammer.
