There is a lot more to Runescape than getting combat levels and pk'ing. Back on subject, i would alternate between pc and alters, i like the idea of using the points to get herbs and use the ranarrs to sell, but i believe you could do it faster, he didnt figure in all the money you could get from unids, what i would do is keep one unid ranarr in your bank in a specific location, that way you can keep everything else unids and just pull ranarrs, you could probably then sell the other unids for 2k each since they will be high unids. OR you can make all the herbs into pots get an awsome amount of herblore xp and sell the pots, also making more profits than just the pray pot idea. easy for you to say, look at your skills, you have 1 month tops of work there. assuming the sig is up to date, keep playing. Eventually cutting wood and mining gets boring. Eventually fishing gets boring. And eventually, you really want to go and pk some people because you realize, pking is runescape. The skills are pointless. Different people have different reasons in playing RS. Some people like to skill , some like to pk. Some just like to talk to people. Skills pointless? Maybe , maybe not. And yes PC create THOUSANDS of 110s+ , who took no longer than 3 months to get there. I remember the Pre-pc period when i had to "afk train " at earth warriors , skeles and when i was f2p , Jailguards - The ultimate F2P training spot. However, although there are MANY more 120s , it does not affect pking as much as you think , especially in single. Take some New PCer 120s and some old Pkers who are 120s and put them at Mage bank. The PCers will get totally owned. When the levels are similar, its when your skills in pking really shines.

Correct me if im wrong. With your smithing level , you cant do Devious minds and your herblore levels do not allow you to do FairyTale 2 either. ( You could actually do FT2 with the Stew from RFD though ) Im not sure of the Total QP atm but i believe it should be between 227-229 Im not exactly doubting whether 209 drops could be achieved or not but without a picture , i do find it hard to believe. Anyone could actually say that they got 500 drops with 100 QP so maybe you could give us a pic of anything above 180 drops so that i can actually believe you. Anyway my max is only 120 with 190 QP

dunno, but you cant hack rs so it doesnt matter He's trying to sell them off for a larger price :x Runescape is off of java which sadly, can be hacked fairly easily. #-o runescape is not written in java, its written in "runescript", the Gowers designed it themselves and it isnt going to get hacked :| Explain me how items got duped then in Runescape Classic? Im pretty sure it was a bug , not a hack.

I hate pc but you have to admit it that it is the FASTEST exp for attack , def , str , hits , range , mage. Especially for mage and range ( range is slow unless you cannon while mage is expensive in most circumstances) Anyway, the reason why i used the tittle is to set people thinking. However if the title is the sole reason why this is moved here , i am willing to change my tittle. and ty for all comments ( especially those positive ones )

if u can afford it, i suggest u buying it up.. may cost alot but the time saved could probably earn you back quite most if not all of it... or you could do what the other guy did.. PC a little bit , then buy some bones.. I donnoe how much can you actually afford but im sure that if you sell out some of your rubbish ( not exactly rubbish but things that you dont need .. d square etc ) you would be able to raise However, judging by your stats, DONT PC. Although price of whips had been falling and stilling falling , it is still a decent source of money and wouldnt take too long for you to earn money. So i think you should kill some abby demons and get some whips or wait til jagex release the drop for the dark beast lol btw i would prefer it if this topic could be moved back to P2P Discussion because i used the topic to set people thinking and is not asking for help or something lol

yup i do agree im slightly off because it is too time consuming to actually do the exact calculation for everything. As for the guy who said it is possible to get 60 points per hour, yea i can believe that BUT can u consistently do it ? Especially with all the lvl 60s and 70s around and the friends of friends of friends of your pc team all coming :D

Actually, i did .. Using altars and bones , you need 50hrs ( according to my calculation ) while pcing require 330 hrs. Therefore i "used" the spare 280 hrs to go and kill green dragons.

Ever since Pest Control came out, 120s became more and more common. Therefore, more and more people are attempting to get 99 prayer and "complete" the combat side of the game. 99 prayer , previously are almost impossible to get unless you happened to be 1 of the big time stakers / merchants , are not no longer view as that purely because of Pcing. Is PCing to 99 prayer really as good as it seems to? Maybe? Maybe not? Heres a few calculation. Basically only the level 120s will actually go about trying to get 99 prayer so i am going to base my calculation on a level 122 ( Maxed out melee stats with 66 prayer ). Prayer Exp at 66 : 496254 Prayer Exp UNTIL 99 : 12538177 ( Due to the different exp each level get from a single PC Point, i will use use the Midway point Exp for the EXP you get per PC point (You reach half the EXP to 99 at level 91)) PC Exp Per Game : 760 ( rounded off and added in the 10% bonus ) Numbers of PC game needed : 16500 ( rounded off ) How long do you need to do 16500 PC games? With the BEST PC Team, you can only do like 50 games per hour so i will take it as you WILL get 50 damage or more for EVERY game you play. Numbers of hours needed : 330 Numbers of GP earned : 21.5mil ( im taking it as you earn 1.3k PER game ) Now , lets do some calculation for getting 99 prayer with altars Numbers of Dragon Bones needed for 99 : 49800 ( Using gilded altars with 2 burners) Amount of money needed : 100mil ( I am assuming that bones are 2k each and i rounded off to make it look nicer lol ) Numbers of hours needed : 50hrs ( It is not hard to do 1k bone per hr if you concentrate ) Numbers of hours Saved using Dragon Bones : 280 hours. Amount of money earned in 280 hours Killing green Dragon : 112Million ( assuming you earn 400k per hour ) Amount of money earned after everything : 12mil Obviously, using this calculation method , it shows that PC is the better method as it earn you 21.5mil compare to the other way of 12mil. However, there is a few points to think about. 1 . As it is not possible to do 16.5k PC games without failing, therefore, the actual time will be longer and the difference in profit may be smaller or even allow the other way to be more profitable. 2 . I am pretty sure earning more than 400k per hour is not the max and even if you earn 100k more per hour over 280 hours will make a 28mil differences in the final figure. 3 . 16.5k PC games are not the exact amount of games you actually need to do so therefore the time taken and money earn could vary by quite alot. 4 . While using altar to do the dragon bones , it is possible to bury it accidentally and therefore would require more bones and thus more money needed. 5 . There is NO random events in PC but you can get random events doing the altar way so the time taken could change again. 6 . Food is needed for killing green dragons ( My example of spending the extra 280 hours is to kill green dragons ) and thus actual profit could be off by some way. 7 . Pkers could kill you while you killing green dragons. 8 . Drops from green dragons could greatly be a BIG difference ( especially clues and dragon drop ) Anyway, what do you think of PCing to 99 prayer? Would you do it? What are your comments ? ( Dont tell me that this thing is long because i know it lol ) Note : All calculation in this topic are using optimal conditions ( except for the green dragon killing )

Prayers' Effects On The Kbase If a monster was ranging her she would be able to avoid all damage. If a player ranges her, she only avoids 50% damage. That's the way the protections work. It's always been that way, nothing new, nothing special. that apply only to Players. It doesnt not say anything about the effect of monsters using prayer. From my previous experience while fighting KQ , the prayer it use doesnt affect your damage , but it affect ur chances of hitting it...

Jagex preset the interval for recharging the special bar For example They set it to recharge 10% of the bar at every 10th sec, regardless of whether the bar is full or not. If its full , it dont add. It do not start the timer after u use the special. Therefore if he shot a special at the 9th second, the bar will recharge 1 sec later, thus allowing the person to shoot 2 straight special at you. Its either pure luck, or she use a stopwatch or something lol

The intention is bad but not wrong. Also , to those ppl saying " return his items now and apologise " , how many of you will return a blue phat if a guy die to some random event / dragons? Of course , some of u may do it , or at least claim you will , but we will never know. U can say "oh blue phat is like 1000x more expensive than those items " , but the act is the same. You get some guy items. You dont want to return. So dont flame him unless your willing to return some guy's blue phat if u get it.

POH own once u guys reach a certain lvl where u start training prayer... u will then understand gilded altar own i spent around 8-9mil powering up my con and another 13mil fixing up my house.. i think its actually worth it because u can have a drop party inside without having 1million lvl 60s taking the items at party pete but i wish the 20 room limit is taken out.. i don mind paying 1mil to allow me to get 30 room limit

u noe that for redemption to actually work, u must be hitted WHILE the prayer is ON and hits LESS than 10% . Therefore, with 1 hit left and a poison, redemption WILL NOT work, unless somehow u get something to hit a 0 on u The only solution is to try your luck on 1 of the 4 thing... 25% chance of keeping ur items and click protect item Also , to other ppl out there who think wearing full dragon with a skull means that the guy were pking with full dragon, when you stop pking, the skull will not disappear directly, meanwhile u can be skilling, or training and so don call ppl stupid for wearing full dragon when having a skull.

im lucky because i wasnt active on this forum ( my tipit acc is banned because my name is all in numbers l0l ) anyway i did a password recovery long ago and i think i should share some experiences with u guys... same as alot of u , i don have those credit card numbers blah blah blah.. don bother about that if u don have it do what i did i typed friends rsn and what quest i did ( and until which part ) where did i logout at when did i last login what items i have in my bank when did i start playing what was the 1st quest i did who was my 1st rs friend when did i died for the 1st time ? ( i have a good memory eh? ) what did i died to ? add in information which is almost impossible to get by any hackers.. i don think hackers will noe who is ur 1st rsn or whatever.. i hope it will help.. even if its a minor help
