Once in a blue moon , we get some decent high lvl update and we still get ppl whinning. You probably cant afford the thing so thats why you are whinning.

If prayer were allowed.. 2 126 will win 500 lvl 3. Retribution > lvl 3 But even if theres no prayer allowed , lvl 3s still will NOT stand a chance. I once see some lvl 20s guy fighting a LESSER DEMON. After 10min , he wasted all 28 lobs and the lesser demon only got hit 3 times in total and already regenerated all the health he got damaged. a guy with maxed melee is MUCH TOUGHER than a lesser demon and so in conclusion, lvl 3s wont win. I doubt they can even kill a greater demon together.

I got 77-99 mage in 1 day on one of my stakers, and 70-99 fletch in 1 day is easy if you have the money. Mage is possible with charge last time.. so yea np with that.. but 70-99 fletching in 1 day... ARE YOU STUPID? The last time i did fletching , the fastest you can go is like 240k exp PER HR 12mil exp in 24 hrs = 500k exp per hr. Dont lie thanks

The advantage is there , no doubt. But unless the increased energy regeneration from 1 lvl to the other isnt that , lets say , obvious. As for the shortcuts , how MANY are actually useful? Probably 3-5 for the higher lvls 1.. As reply to the author of this topic , it is possible for agility to be MUCH MORE popular by associating the skill with combat. A simple add-on would be that for every 10 agility lvl , ur attack speed will be increased by 2%. Before someone goes " 2% l0l , thats nothing! " Think of it this way , someone with max agility would attack 20% FASTER than the other guy with 1 agility ( i know theres only 98 lvls to gain in agility.. but lets round it off .. ).. Although not many ppl will still max it out , but u can be sure that MUCH more ppl will train agility

Black hides are too cheap for most pkers to even bother about and they must be stupid to waste so much time getting the skirt to save 10k? The helm might have decent def but a rune large is like 25k... Fighter torso is mainly being mentioned because of the +4 strength it provide. A 1 - 2 damage bonus can easily affect a fight and the guy who killed someone with the torso wouldnt even get it..

Lets just say , its more than easy to login 2 or more acc in the SAME world. Just sign in using the unsigned applet ( while choosing details ) .. simple as that.. Although i wouldnt exactly ask anyone to do that unless you either 1. Dont mind getting banned. 2. The items are extremely expensive AND you have no trustworthy friends

I agree with this EXCEPT, IMO, for the rare. Rares are only a player created thing and not officially part of the game Rares aint player created , unless you mean the duping.. back on topic, slayer is arguably the hardest skill to get 200mil exp. The best slayer exp is Daggnoths. I will assume there is a freaking bug which make you get daggnoths every tasks and you have unlimited Cballs. Go ask around, the exp for daggnoths is probably like 20k per hr ( Lesser but its easily to calculate in this way.. ) 200,000,000/20,000 = 10000 hrs 10k hrs straight of cannoning Daggnoths. 10k hrs = 417 days , which means more than a year straight of cannoning daggnoths..

Like the other guy said, make those capes / gloves tradeable but not wearable by others without doing specific task. and make it such that you cant take fire cape from the ground after you die ( thats if the suggestion above do not happen.. ) and 99% of players with fire cape wont wear it to pk. Paying ppl to get the cape back wont help because it would greatly decrease the profit of pking.

Its easy but not possible to do it in 15min. It is hard to do it in 30min but still midly possible, provided you have a very good team. Its not even possible to finish wave 1 in 1.5min, nevertheless wave 10. Unless you are playing in your own private server, you are probably lying, or.. you are a Jmod.

90% of RS Players would keep the stuff if its not their friends and some would keep it even if it belong to a friend. If it doesnt belong to my friends , i would keep it personally, be it 10k or 10mil. And to those jokers who said " omg you value friends over pixels " , in the first place , he dont even know that guy lol , so how can they be friends . Anyway , in my opinion , there is only 1 option to your question. I dont see how you are be in the fault when you didnt do anything to cause that guy to die, so yeah , you cant be wrong lol

Except, the market never crashed. A few people around here consistently think that hte market is crashing, it's not. Especially the 85 slayer people who depend their money on abby whips. Or barrowers who depend their money on barrow armor. It's not because the market is crashing. The reason why prices have been going down or as you seem to think "crash" is well, first depending on the item in question. If it's a rare like a p-hat then it's because inflation went down (less money in the game, causing prices to drop, which is actually GOOD by the way) and people didn't have the money. This was due to construction, which was created to be that money drain to be a short term inflation decreaser, it served its purpose. As for other items, such as abby whips, and barrows armor and whatnot. The prices went down not only due to the inflation drop from construciton, but also because of supply. The more whips that come into the game, the cheaper they are because they become less rare. This also goes for that sought after barrow armor as well. In other words, stop complaining about the supposed "market crashing" because it's not crashing, it's just how it goes. And if you even try to block this with real life, we can go with a grocery store, slowly prices are always going up or down, it's supply and demand. If demand is high, but they have low supply, prices go up. If demand is low, and supply is high, prices go down. My final thought on this is... In your own greed for money, you blame the falling prices of an item you used to use to get rich, and others as well, on a "failing" market, but it's your own greed that's gotten the best of you. You just want to be rich but can't get as rich as fast anymore, so you complain about it. I say, shut up, you don't deserve to play if you're going to complain about it. And as for whips. I bought one at 2.5m, now it's 1.9m . Sad, isn't it? And at first, whips were very, very expensive because they were a rarity. But as more people get them, the less expensive they become. So suck it up, and deal with it. Well , i think you know what do they mean by "market crashing" . To many , a simple drop in a couple of millions in the average price of the rares would mean that a "crash" has just happened. You do not have to be that mean and call people sad.... Ok you're right. I doubt you actually pk much as a ranger before because although crystal bow are good for training and they hit pretty high and constant , they are SLOW. Rarely do people ever fight to death and thus the only way to kill them is to hit them FAST. People ranging with crystal bow could probably never KO a person and the guy getting attack could actually eat a shark and then go take a bath , and come back and the crystal bow is still trying to "load the arrows". note : My example is based of a 1 v 1 fight , not in multi where speed no longer hold as much importance And mage ALONE is USELESS. A ranger can easily OWN the guy even if the mage is wearing ahrim. Its only when a person hybrid by using ice barrage with whip while wearing ahrim when the mage really shines. Back on topic , I want a range weapon from this skill BECAUSE... 1 . Slayer only give melee weapons ( for unique ) 2 . How many mages actually use staff to pk ALONE lol Maybe something like " Bunny Intestines Bow " or " TipIt Xbow " ... although " Harden Throwing Monkey Tails " would be a nice addition to the throwing weapon family... As for the armour , i hope for another addition to Ranger too because 1 . Melee got like 1million type of armour... 2 . Mages got the armour drops for slayer ( Black and gold mystic armour set ) Its possible for a new "legendary" type of dragon to come out or maybe some nice stuff that can be "pasted" onto a Dragonhide armour ( more like Leather body become studded leather body )

The only reason why the market crashed when construction was released was because Construction CAN be power trained. If construction is like mining or woodcutting , the market WOULD NOT have crashed. Therefore , whether the market will crash or not will be determined by how the skill is trained.

I highly doubt you can get 75k prayer xp per hour at Pest Control. Don't exaggerate. i say its 30k exp per hr max

you need 99 prayer to get prayer cape. Since they are already at 98 prayer , most will go get a 99 prayer cape
