Depending on how you look at it, we could vary it, 10-15% perhaps. That's how it is now. As people/corporations make more money, the % of money taken out for taxes is scaled up.

I play on a west coast US server, and there are some aussies in my guild who usually have some better latency than me :shock:. I think it's more of an ISP issue than a location one.
