Im a newb but how do you get those points? You need to do smoking kills quest or something?
yes, after you've completed smoking kills you get points after each task you complete, (except for the first 4 tasks.) the amount of points u get each task depends on the master u use

with some lobs it should be possible, also with a str potion u hsould be able to get some good hits on him.

aren't you confusing this game with pokemon? magic resistance = magic resistance, the element of the spell doesn't matter in that part. Since fire spells require a higher mage lvl and hit harder then water spells, go with fire spells. :P

of course the torso is better stat wise, comparing both in a duel would give an obvious win for the torso.
the point of the other thread was to show that it isn't worth getting a torso if you plan on using it for training purposes.

for training, the only thing that matters is xp/hr, since scimmy gets you more xp/hr scimmy wins :

i think you can trade it at some fremennik for a little food, but its better just to alch it for ~3k. i get them all the time by slaying dagannoth in the chaos tunnels.

i like duradel better, but he tends to loop a few tasks for a long time, the tasks he likes to give are different for each player, so i'd suggest getting 15-20 tasks from him and see if you like them. if you get irons/steels/wyverns etc. all the time, go to sumona ;)

idk the time, but the best way would probably be blackjacking till 91 and then plunder to 99 :mrgreen:

My lvl 80 mate wanted to ls something together too, so i took him to bronze dragons in the chaos tunnels, i just had some armor on and meleed them and he ranged. we had fun and got a d legs share :D

you could also use the pool in oog'log for unlimited run and use an abyssal familiar.

just go there and see what prayer to use, isn't that a part of the investigation :P. if they range u a lot pray ranged and ifu get melee'd a lot pray melee. if you get hit by both a lot click your teleport and leave ^_^.

i just killed a few mithril dragons to get the chewed bones for the diary.

1. prices of potions and herbs fluctuate a lot, so there isnt a single potion thats best all the time. to see which one is the best look the prices up on the ge and compare the losses with the xp gained per potion made. super strength and super restore are usually the best.
2. aviansies arent the best xp/hr ranging, but the money gained can be spend on chins if u want. another way is slayer, it isnt the best ranged xp, but youll also get slayer xp.
3. chances of a visage are very slim, so i dont recommend you trying to get one. with 90 ranged, i'd imagine that you could get the money for a visage much faster with an arma team.

highest tree is the at the entrance to the brine rat cave, from olafs quest.
