Dharok is pretty much only good for strength training. And it can be risky. I like to use it at PC. Stand in front of the portal where you can be assured of taking damage. Then put on prayer and hack away. Verac is good for pk'ing. Also it can be used in combat that uses prayer defense, like metal dragons and such. Also I heard it is good vs the portal in PC, but I can't confirm this.

get 62+ mage, do desert treasure, get ancients, goto Pest Control and Burst away !

Sadly the wc guide and the brimhaven dungeon page says nothing about required wc levels for vines. Maybe when you make it through you can send an email to tip.it with the required wc levels.
