well, the only problem I have with that is the level gains. I know it wont be much, but for boxing people will look at my total combat level and then decide on whether to box me or not. I do eventually want to get prayer to 70 or more, which shouldnt be too much of a problem.

So I got 99 attack today and I need some advice on what to train next, strength or defense. I do all of my melee training thru slayer. Im thinking about staking some, but dont know if I should train strength and do dd/whip or train defense and go for a boxer. my stats are attack: 99 strength: 84 defense: 83 hitpoints: 92 prayer: 67 Since no one responds do my posts in graveyard H&A, I figured I would post here. pretty sure one of the main reasons runescape has no hacks for it is because it does not "live on your harddrive" i like the no hack thing, so no, i would not buy it.

safest bet is to range the demons. a beetle generally has a hard carapace (Exoskeleton) so you should take that into account. they are also very weak to magic (saw a guy maging them, never missed) ive killed both of them quite a bit for slayer and they have basically the same drops.

im with this guy. ive gotten 2 of them from my 4 slayer tasks, and one extra tertiary trip from a jungle horror task.

chaos druids are a good way to do it on the cheap. you could make serum 207 which is tarromin mixed with ashes. i did quite a few of those. also you could use various experience lamps like suggested above.

pretty sure the biggest task assigned is 200. i know for a fact that it is not "nearly 300" just thought id throw that out.

now this is an idea. id like to see how i stack up against other players who joined about the time i did. pretty sure im beating the pants off most of them in combat xp.

what this guy said. zanaris is really convienient now with the free teleport. the tasks chaeldar gives can usually be completed with one inventory of food.

okay i have the same sheet as you, but i still do not understand waht you mean by "hit 6" etc. i know im dense and i know im asking a lot of this, but wth. this is what im doing. for the first flute, go to page 6, press the flute. 2nd flute, go to page 3, press the flute, etc. is this right?

okay, does the note correspond to the page? so say my first note is 6 also (it is) i would put the note from page 6? also, is every note used?

its not so much a waste. as someone posted in a thread before, her range prayer only defends 50% of attacks from players. with 95 range im betting you could range the whole fight. i meleed the whole kq fight i did, but i was also on a kalphite slayer task and had superset and a black mask.

impressive? somewhat what you may or may not realize is that while training in p2p is "easier," there is a WHOLE lot less to get distracted by in f2p. sure i hit 33s in p2p, but all the time spent seeing slayer masters, burthorping tasks, doing treasure trails, i could be spending killing spiders in the stronghold. its not THAT huge of a difference getting a high level in f2p. again, nothing to do but hack and slash.

oh boy how wrong you are. i forget what update it was, but i think 1.09 (for sure by 1.10) of diablo2 changed the whole leveling system. you could no longer party up and kill cows all day. the experience gained from that was terrible. it was endless runs of killing the game boss and his 5 sets of minions. i was a fan of d2 hardcore. i played on USEast and had a high level (96+) character for each of the three seasons i played. the time spent getting from 96-99 was insane, altho nowhere near the time needed to max out skills in runescape. permanent death fit well into d2 hardcore. it would not fit in to runescape due to the massive amount of time spent grinding.

i never had any trouble making money while i was f2p. i didnt merchant. i would kill ice giants and at the end of every trip make sure i was stocked full of big bones. by that point i had nearly 50k from alching drops, a good number of nature/law runes and addy arrows. whenever i got an easy number to sell of those items, i would go cash them in. i did not see this as work, but more a bonus to my combat leveling.

i was wondering if the elves in the camp drop different crystals (seeds) than the elves in lletya (teleports). anyone know?

aberrent specters are definately good ranarr seed droppers along with som eother higher level ones ive never used more prayer potions than ranarr seeds/weeds have dropped there...that may have been worded badly
