Britannian news: Over 400,000 HAV units have been created since I initiated the mass-production one year ago. We are creating a training programme for all military personnel that will teach our soldiers how to operate the machines.

Britannian news: The mass-production of the HAV units has been going along smoothly. We will now officially recognise Mozambique as "Mozambique" again, rather than "Area 1".

Well the process of manufacturing it is somewhat expensive, but seeing as you are a new nation, I'm sure I can work a deal out *stares at gold mines* $_$. Bulgaria's longest and pehaps most research-intensive project has been announced. Our scientists have finally made a working nanomachine that tracks out and eliminates cancer cells, which could be a breakthrough for cancer patients as we know it. Expect to see more advancements using nanomachines in the further years to come. Let's see. How does 250,000 of my new medicine sound for one nano machine? I'll take 4 machines, so 1,000,000 tablets. Sound good? (The medicine strengthens your immune system. When taken (One pill = One life time). 95% of takers will not experience any illnesses ( Minor and major) for every 15 years.) Or, I can pay you in gold. Your choice. Nanomachines are microscopic, lol. Anyway, I second Grim's request. I might have an interest in purchasing some nanotechnology.

The only problem is that people will no longer have their usernames -- their account's identity -- when they decide to come back. Hopefully their idea of "inactive" is over a time span of multiple years without logging on once.

Worst way to die
One night, a mysterious insect crawls slowly onto your bed and walks carefully across your blanket. You happen to be lying on your stomach that night, and the insect crawls beneath your blankets and plants eggs in your back, under the skin and near the spinal cord. You wake up the next morning and notice that your back is sore, has mosquito-like bites, and oozes a strange secretion. You ultimately decide that some mosquitoes bit you during the night since it's summer anyway, and everyone knows that the summer months are infested with mosquitoes. Days pass without much more irritation from the bug bite. One night, you come home from working a late shift and decide to go to bed. During the night, you are awakened by a painful sensation and alarmingly, you cannot move a muscle. All of a sudden, the pain climaxes and you feel a tearing sensation in your back, followed by a strange, wet feeling against your back and the bedsheets. It turns out that it's blood and the same secretions that you noticed a few days prior. All of a sudden, hundreds of insects start swarming your body and begin to bite gashes out of your flesh. The tiny insects have a yellow colour on their torso and red mandibles. In the centre of their heads, there are two beady eyes. They reach your neck. Now, they're slowly nibbling their way into your jugular vein. In your last moments, your vision becomes watery as hundreds of those little bastards swarm over your face, devouring your eyeballs and begin crawling into your nose and mouth as you scream vainly for someone to save you.

Why do we associate the Confederate Flag with racism?
Is that your rebuttal? Anyways, both flags obviously have two meanings behind them. One good and one not so good. I don't see anything wrong with flying a flag for luck or pride. Some people will probably look at an American flag and think of it as a symbol for bombing innocent people. Just because followers of that flag did something, that doesn't mean that's what the flag is all about though. Right now, the US flag could be thought of as a symbol of torture, imperialism, and corruption. ;)

Britannian news: We are working on an ambitious project to build hundreds of thousands of HAVs (perhaps even a little over one million). These Humanoid Assault Vehicles will be integrated into the Britannian military. The project should be finished within a few years. Fortifications continue to be made throughout Canada. Britannian troops has officially pulled of Area 1, with the exception of a small security force to help keep serenity.

Player Owned Houses - How much do you value them?
[hide=House tour] [/hide] I love my POH. It is basically all I'm playing for at the moment. Once it's completed, I'll quit. I am currently 96/99 Construction. I will replace my current thrones with demonic thrones and add 3 steel dragons and a hellhound in my dungeon (opposite side of corridor in dungeon).

Even though the rebellion in Area 1 has basically been crushed, we will continue to help monitor Luxembourg to ensure that the rebellion doesn't flare up again. We will leave soon, though.

It doesn't matter who updates it, but be sure to use the same map for consistency. I can send you the most updated map that I have, if you like.

Mage_Man, we amended those rules several pages back. Some of the rules don't apply anymore since the OP "died" or whatever. The amendment was that no newcomer could just come and take land (which would cause a plethora of problems). If they wanted occupied land, they would have to PM the ruler and request it first. The leader has to be inactive before you can take their land. Also, there's still white land. Grim isn't obliged to give up any of his territory, however, he can still work something out.

It's probably because you barely post here. A lot of people get ignored here unless they're really vocal about stuff.

Taken: -Most of Africa -All of Europe (including Britain) -All of North America -All of South America -Australia -New Zealand The only nations not taken are a few African countries and Asian countries.

Why do we associate the Confederate Flag with racism?
The North did not start the war. The south attempted to succeed, and when the North would not leave their fort in South Carolina, the South fired upon them, starting the war. The North had every right to stay on their property, while the South was taking over every Northern fort in the Confederacy by force. technically yes, but even if it had not been for Fort Sumpter the war would have started some other way, the storm had been brewing for years. The blame for starting the war belongs with the issues, not the relatively minor match that lit the fuse. Didn't some South Carolinian senator get beat down with a cane during congress? (or something to that effect). War was definiatly inevitable. And to address whomever quoted me saying that slavery was not the reason of the war, I didn't phrase it quite correctly. Slavery was of major importance to the war, but it isn't the only reason the war erupted. And yes there was a reason for amendments 13-15 to take effect directly after the war. The reason being to gain votes fo rthe Republican party. Or maybe that was one of the war sparks? I can hardly remmeber, I haven't looked at a history book in a good 6 months. No, the South Carolinian senator beat the leaving hell out of a NORTHERN senator with a cane.

Britannia has launched an invasion of Mozambique in order to quash the rebellion. We will work in conjunction with the government of Luxembourg (and possibly Malaysia if they want to help) in an effort to restore order. As part of this aid, we will also send some ADS Anti-Riot vehicles into this area to disperse the crowds. As part of our invasion, we have raided all military buildings and secured them, and we have secured government buildings as well. I suggest that Luxembourg evacuate all clones to a discrete location. Some drones and warships have been sent to Mozambique as well. This region has been temporarily recognised by the Britannian government as "Area 1" until order has been restored.

Why do we associate the Confederate Flag with racism?
I have noticed that many people, especially ones outside of the USA, associate the flag of the former Confederate States of America (also known as the "Rebels' Flag") with racism? I'll admit that I used to believe people who wore T-shirts depicting the CSA flag were a bunch of idiots. However, my views have changed as I better understand how some Southern US citizens feel about it. It has now become my view that while some people that adorn their clothes and other belongings with this flag are idiots, the flag itself isn't a symbol of hate. I have observed that it is now just a symbol of nationalism within "Dixie", or the southern United States. For those who do not know what it is: What are your opinions about this flag?

Hegemony-V2 begins page 302
Yes but you want them to go back to the factories  That's one very good reason. Another reason may include the fact that you don't want your people to grow discontent with you. I'm pretty sure that slaughtering dozens of people because they are protesting isn't in your long-term interest.

Based on Einstein's theory. Einstein could be wrong, though. No one has actually tried. I still have superior riot control. It's not fatal, but it's more effective than firing a few rubber bullets.

Grim, I have better anti-riot technology. ;) Britannian news: We are currently building defence shields and various other fortifications over the entirety of Canada. Since the project isn't our main focus at the moment, it would take years to build.
