they are an item that u wear in the shield position and it gives u an attack and str bonus, cyclopses drop them and are in the warriors guild only, u need 135 combined att and str lvls to enter and is members only

ok well im 64 mining and i decided to get 85 ive heard granite powermining is good, everyone says it gives 75xp per, but when u mine it u either get granite(5kg, granite(2kg), granite(200g) and they are all different xp, with granite 5kg being 75xp, so what do u think i should mine
