March 12, 200719 yr ok i got a whip.. and my melee stats are gonna lvl... all of them... and i get a kill count of 10-15 per trip... no problem? yes problem... i DONT wanna lvl my melee.... dont ask why... yes i would love to lvl ranged and magic is there any alternatives for whip which i can use forever in barrows? if i safespot the monsters with slayer dart i will lose runes... March 12, 200719 yr Dragon scimmy or dds sp will do. You might want to consider a dragon mace as it gives a good prayer bonus.

March 12, 200719 yr I don't think he wants to melee the brothers or any other barrow monster for that matter. Why not just mage all the brothers except Ahrim (range him as you know) and range tunnel monsters with a crystal bow to get kill count up. You could even use the crossbow racks you get from the chest and use Kharils in the tunnel.

March 12, 200719 yr Yah I was just going to say, bring some iron arrows and safe spot some monsters, cheap, good range training, and no melee! Hurrah! Plus it only takes up an extra space if your using a MSB for arhim anyways. Good thing I read your post... unlike gold tiger there...

March 13, 200719 yr So you wanna not train melee, don't want extra space for range, and don't want to waste runes..... Look, just bring a mage short, you should have one for ahrim imo, works great and just range a few monstes. My brother, The Wikkie is a range pure and just kills the monsters range style. A man who doesn't read, is no smarter than a man who can't read.
