August 8, 200817 yr Jagex simply wont do it, they made skillcapes for the purpose of 'getting something more' at 99. No support.

Fishing: Bigger chance on big fish!and faster catches Crafting: able to tan your own hides Agility: Never fail any course/obstacle and energy recharges faster Firemaking:ability to make bigger fires Hunter:able to use traps wherever you like (it won't damage other players, just slow them down like the traps in POH) Melee things: Hit less, block more,hit higher Magic:ability to use half the runes needed for a spell Ranged:more accurate hits Prayer:prayer last alot longer Construction:max room limit=35 (able to put a throne in your dungeon[sorry, thats what I want]) Thieving:barely ever get caught (extra loot) Slayer: option to choose your tasks Summoning:able to talk to all Familiars regardless of level restrictions (or use Familiar->target=Familiar attacks) Woodcutting:more logs before tree fails Cooking:never burn any food Smithing:half the amount of coal needed to make bars (1 rune ore and 4 coal=rune bar) ^some Ideas (I copied some of yours too :P )[mine are for 99's]
