I started out wanting 99 magic + hp only and I think that is a nice way to make a good account. Focus on one stat only, without having to think about getting other stats.

Ehm, I don't know for sure since I havn't calculated it but around 40-50k depending on ur lvl.

 

And yeah i would say it is increased by a few K xp an hour when ur max hit is increased.
