what would be the fastest way to get from level 46 fletching to 70 fletching? My wc level is 56 so i can cut up to maples. I just want to get 70 fletching to make yew longs and high alch them. After i get 70 fletching, I'm going to get 60 wc by cutting willows so i can actually cut the yews, and then 44 rc so i can make the nats.

I would go with fletching willows. You should cut your willows to 60 Woodcutting as you planned, and then fletch those.

so willows all the way? or should i switch after 60 wc? Or switch after a certain fletching level?

Use your kingdom in Miscellania for maples. You'll get them cheap, and if you put 100% maples 50% flax you can make a break-even (maybe profit) when you spin the flax into BS and/or sell tree seeds/nests. Then your maples are basically free!

Then either make maple longs (u) and sell to the general store, or string them for even more/faster xp. I did maple longs (s) until lvl 70, and I sell the maple longs I have to the general store whenever I see one that has none in stock. Then you get about 250ea. Yes it takes a while, but that is how I minimise costs/make profit.

Making the full bows (best you can) is allways fastest xp. If you want to "go cheap" but significantly slower, cut your own willows and make willow longs (u). Sell the bows to the general store for 12ea or so. It brings in SOME money, it really adds up if you do it level after level.

Good luck

if you can't get cheap maples (from Kingdom manegement as above), do willows. Willows are the fastest to cut, and 70 fletching will not take that much longer on willows rather than maples.

As for woodcutting, yews are pretty horribly slow until 70+ or 75+
