Because hes a retired famous player; he got all those skills within only 1 year of playing the game then ended up quiting before he got all 99's a few days after N0va quit. But anyway its fixed now:

 

 

 

 

 

 

Got that level a while ago but just got back online now + Updated the 'Buying/Selling' Section of my blog, check it out sometime :thumbsup:
