March 29, 200719 yr Not really, you need lv 76 cooking (like me 8-) ) to stop burning all together. Im not sure on the exact burn rate, but raw lobs prices have risen with the advent of achievement capes. Your best bet would to be to look through bank sale for raw tunas to cook (resell for 100 ea @ edge) or fish and cook til u got 76 cooking , but even then you will still be taking minor loses. I advise fishing and then cooking what you fish.; that way if you ever go member (or if you are already) you will be able to make money and exp much faster with sharks. Not sure if i answered your question, but i think i got a good start.

With Cooking Gauntlets you stop buring at 68. Without, you stop at 76. (I think :lol: ) My suggestion: Fish Raw Trout and Salmon at Barb Village, save up a couple thousand of them, and then Cook them. Sell fro 45 ea, and 65 ea at Edge Pking worlds. March 29, 200719 yr you stop at roughly 75. it is IMPOSSIBLE to make money buying all raw lobbies, cooking, then selling. same with ANY fish. i recomend fishing 2/5 of your cooking [for 1k, you fish 400, buy 600 - you buy for a total of 150k at 250 each, sell for 200 each to make a little profit]. March 29, 200719 yr then an even better method would be to only fish 1/5 of what you cook. at that rate, you buy 800 for 200k, fish 200 of them, and sell back at 200k. you can also try 3/10 and make a small bit - 25k per 1,000 lobsters. And if it really is 76, well I havent burned 1 since 74 so the amount burned would be insignifigant.
March 30, 200719 yr i am pretty sure for a f2p (no gauntlets) it is at lvl 74 that you stop burning. and if it is above that well i haven't burned one in a while so it's fine :S.

March 30, 200719 yr My suggestion for cheap cooking experience is to buy raw tuna from the shop in catherby, cook it on the range on the way to the bank, and repeat. Should be able to run both directions for a long time with the cooking taking place. Sell that to pkers, and you should be able to get a profit instead of just breaking even. With that money, you could buy lobsters and begin cooking them and trading them for raw. If I remember right, people come to the fishing guild and trade raws for cooked. ~M
