Sometimes a person has an awesome idea that tons of people support, sometimes a person has a terrible idea and tons of people flame. Unfortunately, my idea had far more flamers than supporters and in retrospect, I understand why this was so.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The suggestion singled out a group of people -- namely, people with black marks -- and this would ruin the game for a huge number of people. To the people with black marks, I apologize and I hope the marks that you did not deserve are removed as quickly as possible.

A good excuse and your apologizes are accepted. Don't feel bad, I can understand why you came up with the idea, its just that nobody deserves to be 'targeted' at, as they are already punished by Jagex.

It is a bad skill =), but I think a bounty system would be cool in RS. Of course there would have to be restrictions and such.

I wasn't flaming you (if you meant I was one of the flamers) but just suggesting ways in which you could improve your idea, and make it appeal to more of the community. I thought it was a good idea, that needed some more thought put into it.
