7/10 for bg, text bring it down to like 6/10

well because its rate the BG and not rate the SIG i'd say, 7/10, nice job, for a sig, just like other said, add a border, maybe a different kind of font and font color, like gray so you can actually see it ;):D

As to the border, I don't like those kind, and yours isn't even straight lines.
