Can I use member items on non-member servers as long as I'm a member?

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I wanted to bring a Salamander with me to meet some freinds. And when I'm a higher level, I want to use Ancient Magic but I'm not sure if it will work when I meet up with my freinds on a non-member server.

No, member items have no use on non-member servers.

 

 

 

All of those items will be renamed "member item" and will be rendered useless. They'll have no worth, cannot be seen or traded to anyone else, and cannot be hi-alched either.

What about Ancient or Lunar magics?

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

What will happen to my spellbook?

you will have your items, if you are wielding them, they will remain welded (if thats a word) but you can use them.

If you're on your Ancient Magic or Lunar spell book, you just can't use any spells. When you try, it'll say "you need to be on a members server ..."

If you want to show off a member item, you can equip it and ppl can see it. But you cannot use it on a free server.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The only exception I know of are the Skill Capes. The emotes can be done on a free server.

It's only fair that Members can't use members items in f2p - Imagine someone pking in non membs with ice barrage - f2pers wouldn't stand a chance!
