Range < Melee

90% of Rs is melee.

9/10 fights ranger gets owned.

Rangers thinks he's underpowered.

No you're not. -.- You just picked a class that stinks against most of the players in the game. Your choice.

Ever wonder why 90% of RS is melee? Because it's better than rangers and mages. If they were balanced, then it would be 33/33/33.

Wrong. It is because Rangers and Mages use too many consumables, and so use money each time they attack. Warriors do not. This is supported by JAGeX's poll.

So naturally they (by they I mean range, magic is strong enough) should be made stronger, to balance it out. Making it worth spending that money every time they attack.

Range aint under-powered mate, I see people my level hitting 18 with their range thats f2p, and they got 40+ def so they arent pure, And thats at level 70

Zonorhc, runescape is still just a game. If you want to look at it your way, the ranger could also be running backwards shooting. If you want to get even more realistic, one decent shot would prevent the victim from even swinging.

i agree its just a game but some things need rethought up like eating food u cant eat a shark in one go irl and lobs have a hard shell etc but its just idk

A wise man once said if we are all gods children then whats so special about jesus

i think the only reason range is underpowered is because they have wussy hits, u can hit way higher with mage and meele

70 str: 19-20, more with str pot (which is f2p)

70 mage: f2p can only do until fire blast, but that has a max hit of 16

70 range: you would be lucky to hit a 15

this is why range is underpowered

^^ At 70 range in f2p, you only hit 12 (maybe 13) on rapid. 13 or 14 on accurate.

seems logical...

but many things in RS is not logical.. however i support your idea.
