Ok So I got this idea, I see that many of the topics on General P2P are poll like, and so gets apart the real Runescape general discussion, so what about you make a sub-forum for poll player-made topics

 

 

 

Won't happen, it's been discussed many times why polls are disabled to users. Remember you can always PM a mod if you think you have a worthy idea for making into a poll.

I said a sub-forum for only topics who have poll-alike questions, not doing a poll option for users, I mean, the general p2p forum is almost filled with only questions, that questions should have their own forum so we can focus in the actual general p2p game discussion

 

 

 

As for your reply I'm assuming you not reading this (like you don't pay attention to replies or posts anyway) but i'm posting it for everyone else who don't catch my suggestion.

If you are referring to allowing players to use the Poll feature, then the answer would be no: The ability to make a poll was removed due to people abusing it on useless polls, such as "Pepsi or Coke?"

 

 

 

If this wasn't what you were talking about, I'd still have to say no. There are not that many topics on General P2P that are polls. At least, not defined at polls. Most polls are generic "What is your favorite-" polls, which are not allowed. If a player believes they have a poll that isn't spammy, they can PM a moderator to have a look at it. If the moderator believes it isn't spammy and is a decent poll, then the moderator can turn it into a legitimate poll.

Sometimes we do let it slide.. Mainly if the question can promote some sort of discussion and/or if our users don't have a problem with it. But most of the time, "What is your favourite..." questions are just so overdone and unnecessary, that we lock them.
