Faelenof
Definitely the Abyss. If you're smart, you'll very rarely, if ever, get killed whilst crafting via the Abyss. If I were you, I'd take a few trial runs through the abyss with telerunes and nothing very valuable, just to get the feel of it. Concerning getting abyss PK'd - the one time a PKer ever killed me, I had already dropped my pouches and glory. I quickly ran to a bank, grabbed another glory and some food, tele'd to Edgeville - and voila, there were my pouches and my 50k glory - perfectly hidden from the PKers view. Needless to say, I ran and picked them up, hehe. :P I'd like to relate another story. I once crafted 9k nats using the general store method, and even had a friend help me do so, so we were going twice the usual rate using the general store. It took us a week. Once I discovered the abyss, though, I crafted 27k nature runes using the abyss in a little over a week. A lot faster? Heck yes. I strongly suggest the Abyss - but only when you're comfortable. Good luck and happy crafting! :D EDIT: Hehe, just saw your reply to Jake - yes, we have stealth like ninja. Pixel Artist - Former Player Mod - Former Tip.It ModNot taking sig requests - sorry! tripsis
Having used both methods, I'm going to have to agree with the preceding posters and vote for the Abyssal Space. Sure it is a little more complicated, there's a lot more information to take in, and a higher risk.. but trust us when we say that it will be worth your time. If you're concerned about the risk (or anything else involved in the Abyssal Space), then I would highly recommend that you read through this excellent guide: The Abyss: A complete runecrafting guide (AOW). The Abyssal Space method is very fast and very profitable. Once you get the hang of it (and be sure to bring a one-click teleport device!) you will feel very comfortable using this method. Escaping PKers isn't too much of a challenge, once you know how to avoid them (you should pick up a few tips in that guide I linked you to). - 99 fletching | 99 thieving | 99 construction | 99 herblore | 99 smithing | 99 woodcutting - - 99 runecrafting - 99 prayer - 125 combat - 95 farming - - Blog - DeviantART - Book Reviews & Blog

Vulxai
you automatically get skulled in the abyss and drained of your prayer. As for your question, I would say abyss especially since Tripsis said it, and she is a nat rc godess...well she raised, what? over 150m i think it was from nat rc. ~ Proud Father ~ Proud (Currently Deployed) Army National Guardsmen ~ Proud Lakota ~ Retired Tip.It Crew ~

LeonardMart
wear dhides as mages are the most dangerous pkers, and as you just have to run past them for like 5 seconds they dont stand a chance of killing you. and if you dont wanna risk a glory... use the ancient magic paddewa teleport, it teleports you to the entrance of edgy dungeon (uses 2 laws, 2 airs and take a fire staff) i had a weird experience once... a guy ice barraged me, and it was successful, but in that same moment i had reached the zamorak mage and teled to the abyss. what happened? i was running around the abyss, while being inside a giant block of ice and had not been frozen nor damaged! Senken12
Use the Fairy Rings. CKR will teleport you to West of the Nature Altar. It's faster and cheaper than the General Store, no danger of the Abyss. Smilies :)
iamtest
Abyss is hands down the best. It's isn't complicated at all. Just buy 10 glories, use your best d hide, bring a bronze pick, and use pouches. You can get upwards of 1,000 nature runes per hour. If you use the general store you get about 500 nature runes per hour. That drastically cuts down on profit. A good solution if you don't want to do either is use fairy rings. Of course, you have to beat Fairy Tale 2. Aspiring 99 Hunter

Faelenof
You should be perfectly fine. Really. I only had to eat a tuna every three or so trips and I was fine, unless I was attacked by PKers. Really, it all boils down to this: - Inside the abyss is good. - Outside the abyss is not as good as inside the abyss - If entangled, use one-click teleport. - If teleblocked, run as fast as you can to the mage and get into the abyss. Once you've crafted your runes, log out and in again to negate the teleblock. - If entangled and teleblocked, drop pouches and glory (and any other valuable thing), die, tele back to Edgeville and pick up your stuff. Usually PKers only have time to do one or the other out of entangling and teleblocking, but on the off chance that they get both in, do the above. :) I'm pretty sure people sell bulk teletablets.
