Gold mining spot

I tried using the search, but it seems to not work, it wouldnt bring up anything.

 

 

 

Im a member, and i want to start gold mining, currently im at the guild, and its terrible. very busy, and people steal spots.

 

 

 

The tip it guide says to train and give the guy your gold, but i read somewhere thats a huge waste and theres a better spot, prob. is search doesnt work and i cant find it :wall:

 

 

 

Any help on wheres the best spot to mine gold? oh yeah i want to bank them to.... :lol:

Arzinian Mines or Northwest Brimhaven Mine

 

 

 

Personally I'd go with the second choice, once you get that magic whistle and have acess to the fairy rings this becomes the best place to mine gold. Otherwise the next best would be the 1st choice.

use the arzinian mines. if you have the ring of charos activated you can reduce the fee the ferryman charges for banking your ores a lot and its never crowded, the ferryman is very close, and the mines feature more than 100 gold rocks

I agree with the above poster. The Arzinian Mines are by far the best place for gold. As also stated, using a Ring of Charos makes it so that the ferryman only takes 3 Gold Ores from your 28. Losing 3 Gold Ores is nothing compared to the absolutely infinite amount you can get there. There are several places where you can go around in a circle. Other places, just follow a line down the path and keep going to the nearest Rock or Wall that has gold in it.

If your f2p.. gold mining is terrible. Smelting without thoose cool gloves don't get much xp (22 i think) and even though the guild is the best it is still a long ways from a bank. You could try fally and powermine iron while you wait for them to respon but i don't know much else.

Thanks for the advice, i think im going to try the brimhaven way first, i just remember a post saying that giving away the 3 ore adds up alot on your way to 99, if that doesnt work, ill try it anyways. Thanks everyone for the help

The 4 gold in the Karamja volcano may be worth a look, skeletons to keep the low levels away, and menbers can bank in Tzhaar.

 

 

 

As for the Arzinian mine, the fee of 3 ores per load shipped (with Charos), has to be balanced against the best alternative mine and banking trip. Numerically, you will have given a lot of gold in fees, but what matters is that rate at which yours is mined and banked.

To use the north-west brimhaven mining spot you must bank in zanaris.

 

 

 

This means that when you're ready to bank go under the nearby tower and blow your whistle to enter the Fisher Realm, then use the fairy ring to bank in Zanaris. Then go back the other way and repeat

Do the holy grail quest and fairy tale 2 (started). Use the guide written on how to mine gold in NW Brimhaven. There are ten ore spots and a respawn. It is lot better then Keldarim place and lot less headache. My gf got to 81 mining/smithy after I told her about it.
