how common is the firecape?

It kind of does. It's hard to complete without experience wich is kind of like skill

a firecape is the best looking cape, but i dont respect people with it, i can get it in 1m and 2 hours time, it takes 13m exp to get a 99 cape, and 26m to get a trimmed cape, any skill cape is better imo. i care less about a firecape

whats odd is some people will argue with you about how clicking a screen takes no skill. which if you think about it... really it doesnt take much if any. in raw terms of skill i dont see runescape involving any. but ive had this discussion how to define reaction time with a few friends and other people, reaction time is more like a reflex, but is that a skill? perhaps... but id really call it more of a trait.

If you are good at baseball, is that not skill? It's just a matter of reflexes to hit the ball right? I think a fire cape does require skill, more than a skill at least because they only require time.

 

 

 

As an estimation of how common fire capes are, I looked at the ranging hiscores: 70,000 people with 80 ranging or more. I think there are just as much fire cape owners. There are people without fire cape at that level, but there are people with a lower level that do have one. And I believe you would see a lot more fire cape owners if it weren't for skill capes. Most high levels with a combat cape also have a fire cape, they just like to brag. So I think there are at least 50,000 peopel with one

We all know that people pay for their Fire Capes. I'd honestly say that about HALF of the capes that have been brought into the game are bought.
