You can't really 'buy' the cape. Meaning you can't buy the 99.

If you decide to level prayer, than I suggest you save up the bones you collect for p2p. Using the guilded altar, you will be able to get much more xp per bone.

 

 

 

Another skill that you can level able 70 pretty easily would probably be your woodcutting and firemaking. As I can see from your high scores, they are both in their 60s right now. Firemaking and cooking achievement capes seem to be the most popular skill capes right now. For firemaking, try buying logs from the general store or burning logs you cut. Cooking is basically going to depend on you buying and selling raw and cooked food. Another way to get cooking exp for cheaper amounts of money is buying raw tuna from the general store in f2p karamja and then selling the cooked. Of course you need to bring/cut your own logs in order to make a fire. If you bring logs, bring them in a noted form. Then sell one to general store and buy it back. This way you will get it in an unnoted form for only a few gp.

I think what you means is how you should do to reach level 99 praying.

 

 

 

Ok, 99 prayer is a very hard level. If you don't want to spend like 5 years on collecting bones, my suggestion is that you buy MANY big bones (if you're F2P) or dragon bones (if you're P2P), or it will be quite impossible to reach that level. You could buy these bones from other players in the Varrock west bank, for example. But you will need ALOT of money, before you could reach this level.

Learn to read, I never said that there free I said you can't buy a skill caping what I ment is you can't buy a level 99 in a skill. Like you cant just pay the prayer master 99k to get 99 prayer.

Thats against the rules your not suppose to buy accounts. Tip.it supports all jagex rules.
