The distance from bank to furnace in al-Kharid is half the distance in Fally. use al-Kharid.

go smith for 30 minutes. take that number and do the math.

Do you have anything against the Port Phantasmys furnace? It's a tad closer than Al-Kharid and just as convenient if you wear the Amulet of Ghostspeak.

Yea like he said porp phantasmys furnace is a lot closer to bank.(right across from the bank) and it will save you so much time.

Just for the record, the furnace on Neitiznot is the closest one to a bank, and it is also next to a one-click bank. Plus, I think that the doors to it can't close. (Not sure though)

Al-karid is the fastest, its like ~300-400 bars an hour.

It takes about 2 hours to smelt 1k steel bars, just be prepared to face tons of random events.
