April 27, 200719 yr Info: These were dropped on Christmas 2001 and have inside them a random coloured Party hat (explained below) and another random item from the game (not quest items). To get the content out you had to use it on another player. One player got the Party hat, the other player got the item. What were these "other random items"? They're worth 900 mill....The rarest and most expensive rare in the game. If I was quitting and had one I would pop it. I would alch alch/eat any rares that I had.
