Azurechaos Posted April 27, 2007 Share Posted April 27, 2007 Info: These were dropped on Christmas 2001 and have inside them a random coloured Party hat (explained below) and another random item from the game (not quest items). To get the content out you had to use it on another player. One player got the Party hat, the other player got the item. What were these "other random items"?
