May 1, 200719 yr I remember reading about a shop/NPC that will buy all items at low alchemy price, but I cannot remember which shop that was. I'm pretty sure it was a General Store somewhere. Does anyone know which shop that could be ?
May 1, 200719 yr Author Maybe there's something else at hand then. What I remember is that there is at least one shop/NPC that will buy for better prices than other comparable shops, even when you sell in large amounts.
May 1, 200719 yr The bandit camp genral store (In the wildy) gives Hi-Alch price for the first few. I think the min price (When you sell alot) is a little bit over Low-Alch price.

May 3, 200719 yr Worst thing about the bandit camp, it's not just wilderness, it's multicombat... got teamed 2 on 1 there not so long ago, but since they were both melee, prayed and almost nailed one. The most dangerous multi combination in F2P is a mage (with bind) and a melee, though multiple mage is also an unpleasant prospect. Most dangerous P2P mix is probably Ancient & modern mage - the modern mage supplies teleblock, while the Ancient freezes and the modern mage uses blasts, waves or charged gods.
May 3, 200719 yr If you're p2p you get higher prices at any of the people who you can charter a ship from like in catherby and port siram. If f2p then the bandit camp is the only one but that may not be the best idea.
May 3, 200719 yr Author the ship captain at catherby buys all items at HIGH alch price !!! The high alch value of a rune javelin is 240 gp. Selling it to one of the new Trader Crewmembers only gives 60 gp each. Selling it to the General Store person Arhein at the docks in Catherby gives 160 gp each. There are no other NPC characters around there that I could sell rune javelins to. So unless I am missing something, I think this myth is busted ...
May 3, 200719 yr In the bandit camp in the wilderness, you can sell items for high alch price. Same goes with the general store in Mort'ton. At the warrior guild armory, the guy will buy anything for a price just below High alch, and the value won't change no matter how many items are in stock. May save you a bit of money there. ~M
