Is Jagex showing a lack of attention to autoing?

3. Are you stupid to think that Jagex hasn't thought of IP banning and someone such as yourself has? Every hear of a proxy? Jagex can't do anything about it.

Actually, alot of proxy programs can be traced back to the original ISP. Alot of them use their own ISP to connect to a main server which then sends a signal out as something different. These are kept as logs.

Also banning IP's wouldn't necessarily work great as many IP's are recycled. I could wake up one day of my modem being turned off and have a different ip that is banned. There would be too many flaws.

rarely ever check forums.

Oh well gf stealing the yew and willow spawns. But hey there's still room for real players like us with different domains...unless bots move into combat/ slayer business then rs is done for.

They've already made bots that kill green dragons in the wilderness for their hides and bones.

Here is a guide on how to kill them: http://forum.tip.it/viewtopic.php?t=578529

Theres an autoing program out right now with very flexible options that can run up to 30 bots at once, thats why runescape is being over run.

I'm guessing you are talking about ruler's bot? Not only is it weak and badly written, his whole community is a bunch of morons so the scripts aren't going to be well made either. He is the laughing stock of the cheating community, and people crack his software just to spite him. However he is a pretty cool guy when you talk to him. (obviously if you're talking about something else then ignore this)
