May 6, 200719 yr well barrows gives a bunch... but I suspose thats not too fast, crafting them is well, 1k an hour isnt bad right? and you can buy from players, and the rune stores, but other then that there really isnt many options, some monsters drop them often though.

May 7, 200719 yr can also sell your cats to a guy in west ardy for 100 deaths a cat I believe that's BLOODS. Anyway, Varrock rune shop sells them, but usually there are drop traders buying them for their mains there.
