A lot of players don't know that you can make the official Jagex world map

 

of Runescape flash these sorts of things.

 

 

 

From the Runescape home page you click on the World Map link.

 

Then click Overview, 37%, Key, Next Page, and then, finally, Spinning Wheels

 

to flash the locations.

 

 

 

In F2P, 4 locations flash for spinning wheels.

 

(Lumbridge, Barbarian village, south Fally, and crafting guild)

 

 

 

It usually doesn't flash underground locations, but the above ground locations are shown.
