Tired_souls
Ive seen several topics about casting multiple spells like i mentioned above but never really read them. Could anyone care to explain how this works? and what items i need?

Vulxai
The way it works is that those spells will give you the xp even when they splash, and if they splash, then you can cast them again and again and again. The way to do that is get -65 mage attack bonus and you will fail 100% of the time. Wear full melee armor, and any thing that reduces your mage attack bonus. Then just cast away. ~ Proud Father ~ Proud (Currently Deployed) Army National Guardsmen ~ Proud Lakota ~ Retired Tip.It Crew ~

Doomster
It's usually called something like "failed cursing". It's good if: 1. You want magic XP but no extra hitpoints 2. You want cheap magic XP. It's bad if: 1. You want drops (no kills, no drops) 2. You hate clicking one by one - earth or fire strikes can be thrown repeatedly as a selected spell on a staff, though they are more expensive XP, more so if you fail them. The ideal target for failing, must be unable to hit you, and having several spares for when a curse does take is also useful - popular targets are the caged Zammy Monk in Varrock palace (shrugs off a curse very fast, but is non multi), while the ducks on the river at Lumby and Varrock also work quite well. Goobore
Ive seen several topics about casting multiple spells like i mentioned above but never really read them. Could anyone care to explain how this works? and what items i need? A summary: When you cast a Body rune based spell (weaken, confuse, or Curse) you will get the full magic exp even if you (spalsh) fail. If you fail, then you can recast on the same monster. (If the spell "hits" then you can't recast on it) So, for leveling, you dress in the worst magic attack gear possible. For F2P you can reach about -68 with full helm, plate, legs, kite shield, staff, green vambraces, and SoS boots. You then go to a place like the key room in the Varrock sewers and cast across the water at the 4 zombies. Or try the caged red monk under the Varrock palace stairs, or the Port Sarim jail, or the caged lesser in the wizzy tower, or the screen room in the white knight castle in Fally. Curse always gives you 29 mage exp with every cast so don't bother with weaken or confuse. Fire Strike averages only about 18 per cast. Curse costs about 1 gp for every 1 magic exp earned. That's a very good return for your money. Or, you can just make the F2P runes yourself. Curse can't be auto-cast so you do have to click a lot. Also, you get no HP exp or drops. Hope this helps
