I'd like to remind you that mining isn't a skill you can just say you want 99 in and magically buy a cape in. Watching your character bend up and down for 14 hours a day doesn't take much skill. Clicking constantly for 14 hours a day takes hardcore dedication and committment. Take a loot at the stats of the top 100 players in the game and you'll understand what I mean. Empror1 has maxed stats with the exclusion of runecrafting and slayer and he only has 94 mining. Ask 100 people what they think the hardest skill is and mining will be one of the top three, I guarantee it.

Watching your character for 14 hours takes dedication because it hard to do when you could be doing other fun stuff like castle wars. I love both of the skillz but smithign was always my favorite. I plan on getting 92 mining by end of summer then 99 by Decemeber 31st because school will start and i can only play 2 hours a day.

Once you get 99 are you somehow going to get loaded now that you can make full rune?

 

 

 

It's still going to be hard for you to get all the rune ore's with your mining level, so I'm just curious if you plan on using 99 smithing to get very rich.

I would have considered it into the equation if rune prices where still 200k per set and 10k per bar. Like they were in 2004. But now every time i see a skill cape i can't quit and I push harder. I always thought of it as i love the skill has a cool cape and the money is an extra conus :thumbsup: .

 

 

 

But i do plan on atleast 85 mining :P
